      Stephen King THE STAND light God and shadow crows which is smartest birds like demons. Also arrogant and want followers of the devil are lost different shades of skin colors lights.

    The Stephen King book is excellent! I’d also recommend Characters & Viewpoint by Orson Scott Card. It’s part of a series called Elements of Fiction Writing. Card is one of the greatest sci-fi/fantasy writers of our time. “Wonderbook” by Jeff Vandermeer is filled with authors and their writing advice. It’s extremely and wonderfully illustrated.
