listening to the likes of Les brown and Eric thomas has changed my life around completely. Because of some unfortunate circumstances that happened in mine I managed to sabotage most of my own beliefs and come to the conclusion that a lot of things were not possible for me. It took a while but after time I realised that listening to this stuff everyday and filling my mind with positive thoughts that I could change my way of thinking until positive thoughts became automatic. Now I realise that anything is possible and i will fulfill all of my dreams. I believe anyone can find what they look for in life if they put enough work in

Because of changing my thoughts, about my self worth. And doing a self examination, I can now train others to get to where I am ,. I found out that yes I'm a great carpenter, but I'm a better people person. I'm now a construction project sales specialist, and in my first 3 years of doing it, i was #1 in the district out of several, and this year became the first in my region to break the 1 million dollar mark, and am now top 5 for the Fortune 500 company that im blessed to be a part of.

Les Brown is one awesome guy, if I could ever meet him in person I'd probably shake his hand and tell him thank you for everything you have done and people my situation from working a job for 10 years and enjoying it then basically giving me treated like a slave, it's starting my own business working full-time being a farrier that I've been part time for the last 15 plus years but doing it full time and being a full-time business owner. Thinking a lot of people in my life such as God and family but one person that I've never met would be Les Brown he has really helped me understand understand business and how you have to jump off the ledge full feet and hit the bottom way down. I have learned that now now that I'm doing businesses and doing account work and all that stuff but unfortunately it's the fun part of just jumping and doing it and not worrying about the risk what could happen as he says you could lose everything or you could do good now which one are you afraid of losing or winning unfortunately after everything that's been happening my life due to losing my hands losing a dear friend of mine and situations in my life I am pretty much the second one I'm cautious jump forward and get it done you can't learn from scratches. Watching these videos are not enough you gotta have faith and DO IT for sake of it. ACTION will change everything IF YOU DECIDE just DECIDE that you want to face fear and willing to fight it no matter how many times you fail and feel miserable. Finally, change and success will come in small scales and step by step and you will eventually get there. It wont happen in one week, one month or year it may takes few years to get the life you want or person you want to be so you gotta be PATIENT and not GIVE UP or GIVE IN. well this was my story of overcoming my social anxiety and become a person i want to be i have faced and fought it and yet to this day I AM STILL FIGHTING IT. I have decided to challenge myself time and time again just like me moving so far away to set up my new life and with all challenges and obstacles are waiting for me i m going to DO IT anyway because i learned to FACE THE FEAR not run from it.

I loved this video... I'm there now, dead end position still even though until 2 months ago, I didn't have a job either so that was my first step. But I'm dead inside, unable to feel anything except fear, grief, loss, and shame, regret, rage and anger,... Compounded with no self-respect, esteem or confidence. But I got me here... Just me. I get stronger every day that I show up for work. My job like my life, is literally cleaning up messes made by others, meaning toilets. I come home to be disrespected. I want to give up but I can't. I'm living proof that the body can survive the splintering of the soul. "I'm fine", is all people want to hear. Thank you for this video. This second, maybe I can try one more time. I always wanted to travel, and every nody told me that its not convenient because I have kids, married, etc... and I convinced myself that it was ok...
after listening Les Brown in 2017 I trabeled to Germany and France and in 2019 I traveled to Germany and Italy...
He helped me break fears...
I traveled to England too, met great people, etc. one more dream come true...
I finally got into medical school after my third try. I remember listening to this video and saying to myself : "I will be a doctor no matter what! I will face my fears head on." Now that I started, I have to push myself and not give up. It is hard but I want to thank Les Brown for making me feel that I can fail two times and still work on my dream.

I was told I was not college material by my high school guidance teacher. She wanted me to learn a trade. To prove her wrong I applied to various well known schools
Went to FSU and then to Auburn University and graduated with a BSN. She attempted to crush my self esteem and I proved her wrong. Never got to tell her I did succeed.
This speech motivated me because it help me accomplish that true happines comes when you look to yourself and examine that material things dont matter but helping people matter and doing what u love and everything will follow.
I spend every single second im awake, on working on myself and my mental health because my mental.health has taken a back seat for a long time.

Step 3: Don't broadcast your dream, let it be your secret for now.
Step 4: Set your personal mantra, your favourite quote.
Step 5: Research your dream. Take some free career development courses with like minded people.
Step 6: Deep breath....step forward into your next phase well armed with knowledge and a contingency plan.
Step 7: Nonchalantly reveal to some....you had this dream and it's WORKING OUT!
