I appreciate Mike's passion and love his cars, but I feel rob dahm builds are so much better because he's doing 95% of the work himself. Figuring things out, finding out what works and what doesn't. He doesn't have a huge company behind him funding/building his cars for him. Robs 4 rotor awd FD will always be my number one build then garrets Leroy. I highly recommend robs channel for anyone interested in car build channels. Dude needs a part made, he doesn't go to a place and have them make it. Dude buys a freaking CNC machine and makes it himself lol. Built an insane car with just a small group of guys wrenching in a garage.

From a youtuber's perspective, yes Rob Dahm's build is quite entertaining. When it comes to having a rotary build that is actually sorted and competes in motorsport, Mad Mike's builds are better. If i was gonna own one, i would like to own the ones from Mad Mike.

Come on, that sounds like a biased statement. What you're saying is based off what? Is that because you see Rob documents what hes doing on RUclips etc and Mike doesn't? If you actually listened to any of Mikes interviews from RUclips to IG since before Forumla D you'd know hes been around Rotaries for most of his life. He can build them himself. He even built his sons drift machine with his son. Theres a big difference from Rob since Mike is on the world stage because Red Bull, but that doesn't have anything to do with his builds. And if you want to talk parts, they're all locally sourced. You should look beyond social media before placing judgement

5r will be in his og rx7, he sold the og 26b, so makes sense.. but maybe not. Didn't think e would ever sell the og26 even if retired it would have heap history and connection just chuck it on the shelf in cabinet like all his old moto gear....
Quad-rotors are already bananas. Adding more rotors is totally unnecessary but I am here for it, especially a 5 rotor with those great harmonics that odd numbered layouts have. It is pretty much guaranteed to sound awesome

It had that muffled yet crispy sound. Not sure how else to explain it. That exotic Ferrari / Lambo exhaust sound. The PPRE 6 rotor sound like that too at least through headphones !
