Prediction: Fall market non existent. Prices drop all winter and come spring people panic and dump as inflation returns. Then, people ask "what happened". Soper vanishes.😂
I think you're right. I'm pretty sure Warren buffet said this "the stock market is a transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient." I figure anything you treat that way works the same.
@@hill4377 throwing you house on the market in the winter looks desperate and makes you seem eager. It's just bad marketing. If I see a house for sale in January I would offer 10% - 20% depending on geography.
Don't buy a house. The speculators have left and the market is plummeting. True buyers need to exercise extreme caution. This is a game of hot potato and you will be the loser. Let the speculators take the losses. They truly deserve that and you, the real buyer, do not.
Funny, fence sitters would have said 3 years ago that they will wait until prices come down. Market has dropped 30%. Now they say they will wait until rates are coming down. They are and have. Now they say they will wait until rates and prices come down more… This at a time when our population is growing dramatically and builders are not building. Fence sitters will once again miss the boat and that will be clear in the next year. Sad.

Why will the sellers wait for spring to dump? I feel that they may dump around January since spring market normally is busy. Thoughts?

@@siddiqze sorry last comment was for you
People are still having to take on astronomical amounts of debt. Half a million dollars borrowed for something livable. Very dangerous indeed
waste of 7 min. nothing concrete.
I can see you're not easily impressed

So when should first time buyers buy . Keep waiting.
