Are you suppose to plug in the power bank and use the power bank to run the router at the same time? You are to plug the router directly to a socket. Which one ?
Hmmm, connect it ohh. It's meant to be a UPS. So connect the router to the UPS, and the UPS to socket.

I also have this pro version and it’s universal red color. what’s the difference between the regular one and the pro.. you can do a video about it sha.
The Pro and the regular X25 are pretty much the same device. I think the difference is the fact that the Pro was customized to suit Airtel's brand.

I just got mine but only the power light and the WiFi light comes on and then when I try to connect to the WiFi it indicates that it is locked and requires password and I haven’t set any passwords yet. Please what may be the issue with mine?
You'll find the password on the sticker that's under the router.

You should get one, especially since there's good Airtel coverage in your location. The size really doesn't matter since it's for indoor use.

You can use the Airtel 5G SIM on any Universal 5G device. As for the speed, if you want an uncapped speed you should subscribe to a data plan that doesn't have a speed cap. The unlimited data plans have a speed cap, irrespective of the device where you put the SIM.
Also, the unlimited plan may not work if you put the SIM on certain devices.

A 12V DC Adapter. It usually comes in the box.

Yes you can. You can use it in a different router/mifi or even your smartphone.

And yes it'll work. I know so because I've tested it myself.
But you're right about some of these customized sims not working on a phone sometimes, for some... Even if the mobile data turns on it just wouldn't browse.
On a serious note, where can i get the external antena for this router?
The ZLT X25 Pro doesn't support external antennas.

You can extend your WiFi range with a WiFi Repeater. That's one of the easiest ways.

What is the speed like and the subscription?
The speed will mostly depend on the network quality in your location, if the network has good speed then the router would have no problem with keeping up.
As for the subscription, Airtel currently has some true unlimited plans which I'll be reviewing on this channel very soon, alongside some speed tests on the router. The unlimited plans have speed caps but absolutely no data cap at the moment, or maybe a really high data cap which anyone that's using the sub is yet to reach. The plan I'm currently subscribed to costs N20,000 with a speed limit of 20mbps (2.5MB/s), there are other options with higher speed limits. Do make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss out on the review.

It is both the upload and download speed. They're both capped at 2.5MB/s (20Mbps).
Im guessing if you have a power bank the USB C port cant power the router
No. You can't power the router via the USB C port. It's only used to connect the router to a PC.
The router is displaying just 2 blue light signals. How can I fix it?

Make sure you're using a valid SIM and that you have network coverage in your current location.

I just got mine and on the second day the 4g and internet light doesn’t come up I tried resetting still no result why??

Have you tried resetting it by pushing the button through the tiny hole under the router? Or you only tried resetting it from the dashboard?

The easiest way would be to leave the UPS turned On and charging but unplugged from the router.

It's sold in Airtel offices here in Nigeria. If you're outside Nigeria, you can buy it or other ZLT 5G routers from online stores such as AliExpress or Amazon by searching with the model name.
How do i switch the network to 4G or does it connect to 4G automatically?
With the original settings the router would automatically switch to 4G network when 5G is unavailable or unstable.
Last question. Is the yearly plan available for the 5G router?
I don't know the yearly plan you're referring to but there's a 1TB for N100,000 yearly plan available.

Yeah. I discovered later that the Airtel ZLT X25 Pro can come in any of 3 colors; Red, White and Black.

You can get it from an Airtel outlet or agents.

I don't know the current price nor the current status of its availability. You should check at the nearest Airtel office.

Can you compare with MTN 5G please?
Definitely. I already did an MTN 5G speed test on my phone and uploaded the video as a short on this channel. Maybe you should check it out.
I plan to also do a speed test on Airtel 5G and would upload the video as well. Then I'll probably do a comparison video for the routers which they both provide once I get the MTN 5G router.
But from what I know, you'd be fine with either router. The coverage and speed of the networks in your location should be the deciding factor instead.
@ConfyScenty I'll be in Lagos Island soon, and I wanted to know which you'd recommend for better Internet speed. I know I can find information about coverage location, but we both know what's written on paper is usually different from actual experience.
I'd advise that you get to your new location and probably test the coverage of different networks with your smartphone before buying the router of whichever has the best coverage and speed. The coverage and speed of these ISPs can vary widely within the same town or street sometimes. So it's usually best to test it out yourself.

You can renew your subscription via the My Airtel app by linking the router line to an already existing Airtel line. Or by simply logging into the My Airtel app with your alternative Airtel line if you already linked them.
You have no 5G signal🙄
I believe I mentioned that in the video. The location where I unboxed the router didn't have a 5G signal.
