Anyone know how to build up electrocute to get a power charge? I attack the boss for 40 seconds straight and the electrocute only get to 50%.

nope. you have lightning dmg from HoWa int= lightning dmg
i can't do the king in the mist, cannot generate power charges. same setup, 612 int
need bell and flurry on boss this dmg can generate charge
you can add Gem Innervate to Flurry. or pull out and put gem, sometimes there are problems, not everything works correctly

not important but all flat dmg on ring good

it is not critical, you can use what you have. charge will give extra damage and regeneration will help where there is burning ground
