    I needed to hear this. Thank you so much girl. I had a crazy night a couple nights ago. 🥰🥰🥰 I was so shaken up. I drove home in silence just reflecting on what happened. It also helped that another nurse was there to talk with me about the experience and highlighted all the positives. You definitely need a good support group around you.

    Your videos are the best! Filled with helpful advice.
    I do much of the same. I have kids too so it's difficult sometimes because I like to be alone for a bit. But if that's not an option I like to go outside with them for a walk in nature. More calming than staying home with wild, crazy , screaming kids
