Okay... OKAY... I just realized something. I think I understand the whole story now. SO. The game started with us daydreaming (the player in game), then Samantha tells us "Heh, is that your fantasy?", because what the player wanted to be and dreamt of, was to be the best racer in the town. But now, when you finish the game, you are the best racer and you got Eddie's girl, Melissa, but then... just then, think. You are in a video game, and the line repeats itself: "Heh, is that your fantasy?", now meaning, that you are "daydreaming" in the real life to have had such an experience, racing the streets, and winning, becoming the best, yet you were in front of a PC screen all this time. FUCKING SHIT.
This isn't the game's story but well, this message always been here in the tuner racing video games 😉 have you never noticed it ? Feeling it ? Quite paradoxal but hypocrite from EA to share a sefety prevention driving message about real life public driving laws care then influence the public with this ideologic message through the experience of the game 🙂 The message behind this game is destinated to the players that has advanced interest in cars scene and racing cars, it's a way from the makers of the game to tell us *"Hey if that's your fantasy/dream don't you think it's stupid to stay dreaming of it in front of a videogame ??"* Either the beautiful and exciting savage tuner atmospher of this game is used to influence you to illegal racing or just to embellish the pleasure that cars gives for you discovering it, it's still a subliminal message 🤨🙂

I didnt street race tho, but i am a petrol head/car guy and nfs was big chunk of my childhood so there is that i guess..
It was a different time, but from today's perspective I would much more prefer Hoodie-Sam as she seems so insanely more "buddy"-vibing than what ended up in the game. But back then this was the stuff.
