I loved Notoriously Morbid and used to collect every single palette they put out lol. Their shades were always softer, but I always thought it was because they make everything in house. Nothing was made in a lab. They've always swatched not great, but I've never had problems putting it on the eyes. I no longer collect the brand and sold off most of my palettes (not because of the formula lol, other reasons). I'm curious to see how this goes. 😅😂
Are watching I think I always 'made it work' too. Small dense brushes, pat it on then lightly blend the edges. I didn't have the issues you did, so maybe that's a palette issue? I ended up selling mine before I used any of the Rusted palettes. The Witch palettes and a lot of the others were fine, but you still have to work with it a bit. I guess I chalked that up to the in-house formulas. I don't think it's bad, just a curve on getting it to work. I'd definitely recommend trying a different palette, but if you have the same problems it just may not be a formula for you. There are a couple brands everyone loves lol, and I'm over here like why??? 😂
I need to use mine omg I have too many new palettes! I’d be interested in seeing the strange and unusual? I’m curious about that one, been wondering if I should buy it.

They haven’t improved. They come out satiny and crumbly.
