- I AM FIRST BEST SUPERSTAR GODDESS MORNING MEDIATION (You Can Also use In The Evening To Prepare For Sleep!) is a CONFIDENCE BUILDING MEDITATION That works to Prime you to manifest your specific person by training you to see yourself as desirable, deserving and a priority. I'm a skeptic in some ways even though I know everything is connected. But uh. This is working for me. I have it mixed in with some subliminals about self love and I've been listening pretty consistently for close to a month and much more inconsistently before that. I don't think he's even realized he's making different decisions, he's just paying attention to me. I had to talk to someone else in his circle before I got the full picture but... Wow. I have all his romantic attention. Thank you!

Love this meditation Jasmine! Perhaps the only suggestion if I could request is if you could leave out the intro and the ending where you mention your courses. Only for the meditation videos not all your videos of course, somehow it kind of jars me out of the meditative state. But the content of your meditation is perfect, all the right phrases that I affirm oh my own as well! 💕

Wanted to share this journal entry I wrote this morning as I feel I had a break through in my deeper understanding of manifesting that can be hard when we just want that person and we want it NOW. I was wondering “how do I let go? How do I detach? How do I stop obsessing over whether or not my manifestation is working?” So I decided to I will start doing an empowerment mediation when I feel desperate rather than a visualization on my person mediation. And this is what came from it:
“Everything will happen in perfect time. How do I know this because as I sat in an empowerment meditation and was feeling this great love for myself, I had this thought “he won’t come back until you reached alignment without how you know you want to be loved/treated” it’s not that I don’t already know how I want to be loved or treated, but clearly my deeper expectations and beliefs about love just doesn’t align with that right now. So I know it will be comforting when he comes back because in that moment I will know that he’s truly a changed man because I’M A TRULY CHANGED WOMAN. A woman who no longer accept or expects disrespect, no commitment, poor communication, baggage etc…. Until I’ve changed these deeper beliefs, I don’t want to be with him or anyone else anyways, because it will be more of the same dissatisfaction and disappointment. Until I’ve changed myself on a deeper level and grown into a more self loving and respecting individual, I can’t expect any new relationship with a new person to be any better. We can lie to ourselves and say “I do already know and expect those things about a relationship so wahhhh why isn’t he here manifestation must not be real” but remember, the reality we’re seeing isn’t a reflection of what we want or what we think we believe to be true, it’s a reflection of our alignment with those beliefs and what our deepest and truest expectations on life are. So if you’re not seeing what you want, it’s likely because you’re not yet aligned with that. All we can learn from that, is that we have more inner work to do. And what a beautiful journey that will be because it’s not ultimately about getting that SP. it’s about getting yourself. Loving yourself. Enjoying and feeling gratitude to be this Being you are blessed to be. It’s about leveling up to where your happiness and joy comes from within and your life, including your love life, being so fruitful, fun, joyful and tasteful because that is your inner most alignment and belief about love and life. Through that, you will get whoever and whatever you desire, plus so much more”
Good luck to everyone manifesting. We can all do it. The focus has to be on who you are becoming and how much you learn to love yourself and your life as you practice, and as long as you believe someone else is out there dictating how you feel, you will have missed the major point and target of all of this.
