Another great video from who I think is the #1 Explorer on RUclips! I don't blame you for not going in that nasty and creepy basement. I love how you are an old soul and have such an appreciation for the past. Keep up the great work Ethan!
If this was a B&B, the attic makes sense: the room on the second floor was their living room, and the upstairs their bedroom. An older couple trying to make ends meet. Another good one Ethan! I like that you don't only do the fancy houses.
Gotta love old farm houses! Definitely a time capsule of simpler times and simpler living. I would take that loveseat in a heartbeat! Things were made so much better back then. That's why my house is furnished with older pieces, they've lasted for a good reason! And those pocket doors with the beveled glass, yes pleez! I love pocket doors and cannot fathom why we ever strayed from them. Another great find!
I enjoy hearing you talk, Ethan! You try to talk about the houses, their history and the people who lived there. You are top notch! I especially love "what's up guys". Keep up the good work!
Love Love Loved this house!!! One of your best yet! There was definitely German people there too. "Bitte nicht rauchen" means "Please don't smoke". The flag in that one room was upside down. 🙄 The box on the dining room table "Die Große Spielezammlung" means "The big game collection". The one game featured on the front (that I could see anyway) is called Ludo or sometimes it will be called "Mensch Ärger Dich Nicht" (Man, Don't Get Angry/Mad). It's fun, I used to play it as a child with my grandparents. You roll dice and move around a board and if you land on an opponents space you send them back to the start (thereby making them mad - LOL!) That upper room was awesome. But I can imagine it would be hellish hot without A/C in the summer. I'm sorry I wrote so much, but I just loved seeing the stuff in this place. It reminds me a bit of my grandparents. They had stuff from the 60s and whatnot. Also, your safety is more important that getting shots for a video. You were right not to go down those rickety stairs.

This house was probably so charming when it was still occupied. Loving the secret upstairs. I'm surprised you weren't wigging out about all the open cabinets in the kitchen.
What a gorgeous house this once was.It is furnished bwautifully, the wall paper, furniture, light fixtures, pocket doors, and the way it was arranged absolutely lovely.so very nice.👍👍💗👵💗
I would buy that house in a heartbeat. Love the pocket doors. Absolutely love the table cloth on the tables. The rotary phone on the wall was a 1950s style the one one the desk came out around the end of the 50s. The white phone was a reproduced phone from the end of the 60s early 70s that Bell put out. The original version was from the late 30s early 40s. That Zenith television looked like mid 70s. Beautiful job Ethan!!!!!!
Hi great find ,always makes you sad to see ,when it’s just left ,people lived in their ,memories, sadness ,happiness.Love the photoes ,wonder what happened their ,so much left .Thank you for taking us around with you much love Ann ukxx
It's a shame that everything's left like this when I'm sure there were people who could have used this stuff. Unfortunately there are a lot of homes like this in Europe. I've watched other explorers from the UK that travel going thru many of them. That upstairs room is really nice.
It's nice you are narrating it I like to hear you talk a lot of nice stuff there it's a shame that the house will probably rot down if it's not fixed take care of yourself buddy and God bless you my friend 🙏👍👌✌️🐕🐕
1:38 . . . That Zenith TransOceanic Royal 7000 is the flagship with the two meters... very good multiband shortwave radio. Ethan: The colors look more vibrant, and if you pause the video, everything remains sharp and detailed... don't know what you did, but the quality is looking better now. Keep up the great explores!!
beautiful home once, love the pocket doors, staircase, woodwork, sofa, the rotary phones, light fixtures. The attic was amazing....Great place! Thanks for sharing Ethan!
OK, so I really want that flower-power hamper -it is so cool! I did get a bit creeped out when I saw those knives placed neatly on the dining table. Thanks, Ethan.
Seeing full abandoned houses like this intrigues me but also bums me out because of all the beautiful antique object that will probably just sit there until they rot. But I understand not taking them. Out of respect. Love your videos!
Pretty Wild. So much decay makes me sad. And so much left behind. A lot of retro none the less. Glad that you didn't go down to the basement. Too bad that the Family didn't come back for the belongings. You never know. Another rather unique find though. Take Care, Much Love For Your Health & Safety Each & Every Day! Can't wait to see your next amazing find. Peace Out!
Ethan, I like you to talk alot. Cool house. That rounded archway, we have it here in our house. Our house built 2001. That Zenith tv is like everyone had in 60's, I was a kid. I like that neat clean hidden room also. Comfy thank u Ethan!!! Stay safe
There are so many things I love about this house! I love the 60's hamper to, as well as the yellow chairs in that room. There are a ton of things in that house that are collectable. It's truly a shame to see it all just sitting there, with the house falling into disrepair.
Guess what I'm doing...???!!!-Binge watching you, Terry and Carlo. AGAIN!!!My birthday is this coming Sunday July 11,and I'll be celebrating by binge watching all 3 of you awesome guys AGAIN!!!!😊😊😊
Hi there Ethan. Great find. It's nice to see natural decay. I really liked this one. Bed and breakfast Ethan. Haha! It's cute.Gross toilets. Ugh! So nasty.Thank you for the tour and take care.
Variety is good Ethan! I like to see how different families decorated and lived in different eras plus the architecture & designs. The attic was awesome! I realized that all that border on the walls was handcut from the wallpaper & decoupaged into the walls! Very different!
Hello from Palm Springs! Yeah this is different. I, for one, enjoy your clean explores, but this is a bit of a change. I tried to focus on the decay rather than the stuff left behind. Thanks for sharing ❤
My favorite part of this house was the kitchen cabinets. I had an uncle who remodeled his kitchen for his wife and he made cabinet doors just like these and used the same handles. Lots of great memories in that kitchen.
I’ve seen this house on other videos. It has decayed a lot in the last year or so. Be careful going down the stairs to the basement!! The other guy filming it almost fell through the stairs !!
Yes mam I've also seen this house explored by others .I love to watch a house being explored by various explorers and there various perspectives on the houses 🏘️
I have the same rotary phone on the kitchen wall, but in green. Another black desktop rotary phone in the office / guest bedroom. These phones ring LOUD !!
It’s almost like someone was munching on those candies as it’s not put away... then something happened. I wonder what happens to people to make them leave everything? Car accidents, death, injury, deportation, trauma? Such an old place and that rotary phone. I’m old enough to remember those phones, our family had one when I was 6.
My mom had those hanging lamps from the living room. And the fancy phone in the pink room was from the 80’s. Bought my mom one in 1981. She thought she was fancy. I WANT the groovy hamper!!! Very cool find!
Ethan I hope you are doing well today I'm binge watching all my favorite time capsule houses. And this is one of them.Im also binge watching your channel in support of you n recent events .Also I told my friends to tell there friends and so forth, about the channel.
No way these people left this home on their own intention. Looks like it was a comb of older people and like their son or daughter with maybe younger girls and a boy. Either way no one leaves all that stuff and from various age groups of people. Just does not sit right with me for some reason. Beds made candy out. So the pink wall paper and lights just outstanding. Love the third floor attic type area so French girly feel with the decor and ultra feminine bathroom. Yea for the glorious pink and green. No problem with not going to basement you showed us enough Ethan and you should always trust your instincts. Much love and Happy New Year. I am going to say a prayer for who ever lived in this house because I feel they were simply not able to return or were rushed out.💛💛💛🕊🥀🙏
I love the green bathroom it brought back memories of taking a bath at my great grandmas the way the light shines through the shower curtain and reflects on the walls. The office with all those VHS tapes gave my an icky feeling . The pocket doors where so pretty . This house leaves a lot to the imagination , where did they go? Dead , Jail , deported ? Thanks for sharing.

Another fine job! It makes me feel so sad to see these houses just left behind belongings and all. What in the world is happening these days that properties are just left behind for so many years. Surely there must be some relatives somewhere no matter how distant they may be. What happened that no cared enough to at least claim the belongings? People have to start caring for each other!
Was a beautiful house, loved the old lights and the upstairs bedroom. Don't blame you for not going into the basement, I wouldn't either. Nice job Ethan. Glad to see you were wearing a mask
Top room upstairs looks clean kept up n hell no for me if stairs look iffy I ain’t go up or down lol truly old time house Ethan thank you again.it’s absolutely kewl to see empty ones but also kewl to see ones people just up n left

When you see a flower covered 1960's clothes hamper you should say "GROOVY!" not "COOL!" LOL

Definitely no

I've recently come across your videos and really like the way you present them, "what is up?" I had to leave a comment about the upstairs room everyone seems to love. Man maybe the owner did die and had no other family so it was just forgotten about
I agree. The owner probably passed and had no one to leave the home to......and sadly, the home forgotten.
