Are you stitching the anchor in front, behind or directly on top of the first braids?

I’d make that first row my leave out.
Then put the closure behind the hair line.
Use crochet method to create faux hairline or simply blend leave out.
No way Imma put all that tension on my delicate edges. No thank you.
Other than that. This is good.
