Wonderful video 👏 Thank you
Once burnt, twice shy!
Nice vid! Q: How does the upper feel compared to the Zegama 1 in terms of width and volume?
See written review here for lots of details on comparative fits. www.roadtrailrun.com/2024/04/nike-zoomx-zegama-2-review-vibram.html
Width and volume are similar, but the upper material does seem to have a bit more "give" to it. It did seem to loosen up a bit for me after some miles and especially after all the water crossings. Also the midsole should bed in a bit with usage, giving some more vertical space. Overall I'd say a slight improvement, not a major change.
No one has made the ULTIMATE trail shoe....yet. ;-)
I’ve had these for a couple months and can say that I hate them. They are the most dull ride, way too overbuilt, and not great on mixed surfaces.
The ZoomX here is all about softness and cushion - I agree, not the most responsive of rides.
How's the grip on wet rock, particularly downhill?
@@BrazilAdventure not sure. It’s not wet where I live
Thank you sir. What is the release date?
Officially "May". I've seen them physically in store already. Not sure about exact date for online availability
@@MikeP-RTR thanks sir
How water log does it get after running through water?
It does hold tend to hold a good amount of water after getting fully soaked. The upper has a couple layers of mesh going on. Plus there's somewhat of a "bathtub" effect with the raised sidewalls from the midsole.
