pork short ribs 500 g
soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
salt 1/8 tsp + 1/2 tsp
cooking wine 1/2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
white pepper powder a pinch
tapioca starch 1 tbsp
cooking oil 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
shallot 70 g
garlic 6 cloves
ginger 30 g
green onion 1 stalk
oil for fry as desired amount
hot water 2 cups
sesame oil 1 tsp
sauce : Shacha sauce ( barbecue sauce ) 2 tbsp
dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
cooking wine 1 tbsp

why tapioca starch? if you can't get that in Europe can you use corn starch?
Hi Willster lackster, Tapioca starch is relatively sticky and does not fall off easily when boiled. If you don’t have tapioca starch, cornstarch will do.
