There is an easiest way to catch all the people who are involved in taking and paying money for jobs :" just check the bank accounts of all the family members of people who got Govt jobs recently via their PAN and do the enquiry".
Impossible to uncover all those who took this short cut, practically everyone came through some vasta, at least the drama is raising the awareness of disengaged employees in govt. CM has an opportunity to at least stop this rot from festering further through staff service commission and ensuring its effectiveness, and implementing performance culture.
One way of proving the scam is to compare the credentials of those who got employment with those who did not and show the illegal discrepancy and prosecute the perpetrators. Show off cases are needed.
