yeah I have the same question
just parent the rigs (one by one (needed ones)) to the tracked nulls
if you dont want to mess up with tracking in blender then track in AE (AE2Blend addon)

blender has built in camera and object tracking! if you want to learn more, i suggest checking out CG matter, its a really cool youtube channel with all sorts of high quality blender tracking tutorials and other stuff...
