Hi, I work at Kiehl's and what you're saying is a very common complaint we have from people who don't absolutely love the eye cream. The reason is that application technique is key with this product; you want to lightly dab your ring finger into the pot to pick up the product and warm it up between both your ring fingers. It will start becoming a little transparent as this gets past that watery texture phase. THEN you apply to the under eyes in a patting motion. For the love of God please DO NOT RUB. Pat only. If you want you can apply straight to the skin without warming up like you have so far, but again only pat and you leave it on overnight to absorb like a mask. Basically because the cream is so thick it needs to be warmed up first for it to absorb, and if you apply that thicker layer without rubbing it first the warmth of your skin will achieve the same effect, but it needs a lot more time. Also, looking at your pot it looks like you're using a lot. You really don't need to, but obviously do what feels best for you! With the amount that we recommend in stores that you should use this little pot should last you 6 months. One last thing, just from personal experience with this eye cream I've noticed that it doesn't absorb very well if your skin is wet. So if you apply any watery serums before the eye cream make sure that they're well absorbed or not near the eye area and you should be good. NO ONE IS PAYING ME TO WRITE THIS. I absolutely love the Olaplex hair care line! Their No.6 is in Holy Grail status for me when my hair is super damaged. It is a bonding agent which works wonders! It's a little bit extra work because you have to wash your hair, apply it, then wash it out again. But boy it has such a great payoff! Great video my friend! xo
Hi Samantha, I’m using kiehl’s eye cream for last 5 months. When I first use it I also felt like this cream turns into water. But trust me I was troubling with very bad dark circles and in two months it started fading out. This cream is so nourishing and works great on dark circles 🙌🏻

Girlllll I love the farsali glass skin!! I see a huge diff when I use it and when I don’t. That’s for sure. I feel like my makeup looks smoother and looks so nice. I actually got it in my boxycharm and I was so happy and I’ll deff be repurchasing it
I enjoy your follow ups even if I missed the first impressions video! I love the Kiehl's eye cream. I actually repurchased it, unusual for me, I like trying new stuff and it takes me a while to use it up. For me, it works really well under makeup - I put in on pretty liberally after my other skin care and I always do my eyeshadow first so by the time I get to my foundation it has sunk in and my under eyes feel very hydrated but it doesn't interfere with my makeup. Sometimes I dab a little off if I've put too much on. It also works well for later in the day to dab some on to rehydrate the area and brightens my under eyes just a little bit.
I bought the whole Olaplex "system" during the Sephora summer sale and have been using it...I wash my hair twice a week and I have seen a BIG difference in the texture of my hair. I color treat my hair and I LOVE all of these products. My hair stylist recommended mixing the No6 bond smoother with a few drops of the No7 bonding oil so that's what I've been doing after I wash and my hair has no frizz even though i blow dry and use styling tools throughout the week. I definitely recommend!
I wasn't a huge fan of the Kheils eye cream at first, but I learned for me that more is more with this cream and warming it up between my fingers helped it blend in :)
Omg Sam honestly I feel the same way about the Kiel’s Avocado Eye cream too! Lol that watery feeling is just weird for me. Maybe try the Belif Aqua Bomb Eye Cream. That one really does the job day or night.
I agree with you about Wander Beauty! I like that their brand has the travel friendly theme. I think that’s really unique and their quality is almost always a hit for me 🙂
I think that Carli did an awesome job on the packaging in her lip collab. I haven't gotten to try them but the packaging is beautiful and well thought out.

Hey Sam, just yesterday I was thinking if I should order and try the Dose Of Colours sponge. I think I will, hehe! Since last week I'm using the Charlotte Tilbury undereye colour corrector and I really enjoy it. I put a thin layer on the darkest spots and go then with a concealer over it. It feels hydrating and light and covers extremely good. Right when you began the video I thought something's not right, so I'm glad the video is from a couple of weeks ago and this stupid cold is behind you 🙏🙋🏻♀️💕
Ahhh I've been so excited to hear your thoughts on that Farsali! I ended up getting the skin tune for the friends and family asked going on instead of the glass skin. You're right, I definitely would have picked it up if there was a mini!
I have tried the kiehls eye cream and I didn’t like the way it blended in at all so I was keen to hear if you had the same problem. It doesn’t matter how much or how little i apply I just feel like it starts to pill up slightly and not fully meld into my skin.
Girl ND 5 pan palettes I have had TWO different palettes have a shade nearly fall out on me. I was almost in tears. LoL. For essentially 50 dollars USD I expect the shadows to be pressed in there well enough to be able to pickup colour and not fall all over my carpet. 😪🤬😡 Thanks for the follow up! 😎

So far, this is the only eye cream that doesn’t cause my concealer to crease. I love it and the watery consistency doesn’t bother me. I leave it settle in while getting dressed in the morning and then go back after a couple minutes.

You should try the olaplex shampoo conditioner! I have color treated (blonde), wavy, fine hair, and use the olaplex no. 3 every other time you wash. I swear it has CHANGED my hair!

I have tiny frizzier hair as well and have to flat iron it to get the frizz out. I wish I could find products that changed that rather than using a flat iron
Less is so much better for that keihls creamy avocado eye cream! It’s almost sticky but wet, lol it feels it sits on top but when you use less it definitely rubs in well!
Even without the hassle of the pans falling out of the ND palette, I don't think they're worth almost $50. I bought several 5-pan palettes at a discount from Poshmark and was really underwhelmed by the mattes and had an awful time getting the shimmers to stay on my (non-oily) lids. If you're moving away from falsies and want the ba-BAM effect on your lashes, I truly and highly recommend Grande Lash! I've been using mine (not super consistently because I've been exhausted after work and have fallen asleep in full makeup--😜😜--& forgotten to use it) and it's made my lashes SOOO long. It's pricey but dang: my lashes are much longer and voluminous. I just bought a trial size but will definitely buy the full size! My favorite products of the month are my Curlsmith Cream in Oil (I have naturally curly hair) and my Jackie Aina palette.

Lazy hair dry hack: ceiling fan on high in the room you're going to spend most of your time in. Never touch my hair dryer because of that and just that I don't want to spend 30 minutes drying my thick hair

Not sure if anyone knows but dose will send u sample cards to help you get a better shade match. I'm guessing they did this since its only online which helped me. We have similar coloring and I got shade 117 I cant wait til it comes. Not like i dont have enough foundation lol

The Sigma palette is sold out on their site 😭 it’s available in some stores, which they list on the site. I love that they let us where we can get it. I wanted to use your code. I’ll have to use it another time.
I want to try the Dose of Colors foundation and sponge. They’re on my list to try when I need a new foundation and sponge. I have way too many right now. I hope I can use them before they go bad. Thank you for the Update 😘

Lazy hair dry hack: ceiling fan on high in the room you're going to spend most of your time in. Never touch my hair dryer because of that and just that I don't want to spend 30 minutes drying my thick hair
