There's a small shield icon to the left of the download button on audio sometimes on pixabay which means the audio is in Content ID which means it will be flagged by the auto-moderation island system when you try to publish. Any audio without that little shield icon will be fine. (to my understanding)
On capture of the point, have 2 trigger devices that trigger, one that can only be triggered by team 1 and another that's only triggered by team 2. Then make 4 audio player devices, 2 for each trigger. So there's basically a trigger for team 1 that has two audio players hooked into it when it triggers and another trigger that's for team 2 that also has two audio players hooked into it. For the team 1 trigger + its audio players, make it so one audio player has good sound and the other has bad sound. Then, make it so that only Team 1 can hear the good audio player and Team 2 can only hear the bad audio player. For the team 2 trigger + its audio players, make it so one audio player has good sound and the other has bad sound. Then, make it so that only Team 2 can hear the good audio player and Team 1 can only hear the bad audio player. Now, you can't just enable a setting to get only team 1 or team 2 to hear it, you'll need to register them into the audio player using the option to be only heard by = registered players. The easiest way to do this is to register the team 1 player when they spawn on team 1 spawn pads. And the opposite for team 2 spawn pads. That should hopefully get your thing working!

You can't add a song to the car radio that's prebuilt into fortnite but you could try turning the radio option off, then have a radio device with a randomized sound cue that has a bunch of songs that you want in your car radio in it, that registers a player so they can hear it if they enter the car, and unregisters to make them not hear it when they exit the car.
I’m making a horror map and I’ve a custom NPC in my map that targets and chases the player but the NPC has no audio such as (no footsteps/no grunting etc) because I don’t know how to add music to the custom npc. Do you know how to? 😊

I have an issue when using the radio device on registered player, when a second player triggers the radio it will reset for both players (as intended) but it will play with double the volume as it is now playing twice in sync for two players. Is there anyway to fix or go around this?
Copyright free songs, as long as you're sure they're not in content ID, should work fine. I'm not sure if you can, but for copyright free songs inside content ID, you may need to attribute the artist when you publish your island, so just check if you need to credit them. As for payouts, there isn't any effect at all, unless if it gets rejected of course.
I've checked through NCS's stuff right here -> ncs.io/usage-policy and to use their music in games, which is what you are doing in Fortnite, from what I understand you need to send them a NCS License request form here -> eu-submit.jotform.com/nocopyrightsounds/commercial-license-request . You also need to credit the artists of the songs you will use too. Just remember, the rules surrounding usage etc differs a lot from whoever the audio is from so just keep that in mind, don't forget to check in the descriptions of any youtube videos you find for more details on a website or something like that as it's very important. Hope this helps!

You could try attributing it. But usually for most sounds that are public domain or on Pixabay not in content ID , you don't.

How Are there 1v1 music Maps with really popular Songs ?
Most likely it isn't moderated correctly and it is against the rules, or they bought the rights.
Do you know how to make sound come from the player who clicks the button?
In the audio player there's an option called play at location, you want to set that to instigating player.

Sync player audio option might help? I'm not exactly sure what it does but try with it on and off. I can't really think of any other workarounds.
