It goes off the hp, so when you get to 1 tril on 3* its like dropping a super boss every run for your alliance score

Bigmom wouldnt do the 2x conditional effect under Luffy. youd also still need a way around the resilience if you swapped Robin for Bigmom. her burn wouldnt hit until after Alber attacks and at the high levels you will for sure die.
