Hey yall! I've been working on my front porch decor and trying to simplify it. I admit, I LOVE ALL THE THINGS and I have a bad habit of "overdoing" it at times lol! Sometimes less is more and I think I made the right choice!
Today I'm going to show you how I made a custom Beach House Sign, using the Dollar Tree Beware signs. I'll give you tips and tricks to transform it from a cheap dollar store sign, into old and antique wood, as well as how to use your Cricut to create stencils so your entire sign can have that "handpainted" look!
I'm also going to show you how to create custom pillows using the Cricut Infusible Inks! In this part of the tutorial, I will show you how to take a single Design Space design, and transform it into two seperate designs using the Slice feature! I absolutely love using Infusible Inks! The colors are so bright and vibrant and they give you such a professional look!
This is the first time I'm using my Maker 3 and also the Smart Materials Roll Holder and I'm so excited to give them a whirl!!

Great projects. I really learn a lot from your institutions. The infusible ink looks fun.

Wow! I love both of those projects. I've had a Cricut Maker for over a year and hardly know what to do with it besides cut paper.

Didn’t know you lived on Panama City Beach. I live here in Panama City too, just not on the beach! That is awesome! I watched your video for the first time yesterday when you used the pumpkin wreath forms covered by the sweater. That was so adorable!

Wow Kari love the pillows. I didn't know that you were so close to me. I live about 2 half hours north of you in Alabama.

Using the cricut to make stencil s is amazing but using the more expensive no mat vinyl seems a bit wasteful. Good news is this works just as well with a cheaper vinyl as long as you do good prep work.😉 love the finished product. Great tip is buying your vinyl on clearance and using those "not so lovely" vinyls to make amazing stencils.

I just have a quick question I have that gorilla glue but mine says that you have to mix dab water on the project and then put the glue down does yours say that or is yours different so I can know which kind you don't have to use the water with cause mine looks just like yours will you look on your instructions and tell me please if you don't mind thank you and God bless I love watching your RUclips channel I have been missing you doing your Dollar Tree stuff and just your regular crafts are you gonna start doing crafts again I know you paint your projects that you made but I'm talking about like actually build your projects like you used to because you're amazing you pay attention to every detail and make it look like it was bought in the store that's how I like to do my projects

So I noticed that you used the heat resistant tape on the back of the design but did you place the tape so that it didn’t cover any of the transfer? I mean wouldn’t the heat resistant tape keep the Infusible ink from working?

You don’t have to use the smart vinyl, in fact you don’t have to use a mat with the old machines either.
