Greg- Why only the overhand knots for the top few and then the standard below that? Why not overhand the rest of the way? Keeps it too tight? Love the vids and the way you guys share the knowledge on this. Leading the evolution of stringing.
I absolutely love this head but I’ve had two break in nearly the exact same way so I just can’t go back which is sad because this is easily one of my favorite heads I’ve used
I strung the top part of the mesh into the first side hole, does this effect anything or can I just continue with the tutorial starting at the second side hole??

The ball retention and catching softness is currently amazing, so I’d hate to sacrifice that too much. Does the shifting nature of the mesh in the Costabile replica simply make for a slightly slower release?
We found one shooter to work best for most players when we have tested this pocket out. Your shooting strings should lay flat and feel loose when talking about the tension in them. If they get too tight then you know they will force the ball down when you shoot you want them to be super consistent.
Hey check out our series breaking 100 I think that would help. Also I would recommend contacting First class lacrosse and see if they have any local sessions you could go get some reps in with!
You definitely need to learn more about stringing before watching this one since he uses terminology that new people might not know. What I used to do is just look up anything I didn’t understand and then learn it from there
I just got my mirage and decided to string it myself and it throws perfectly and very very consistent

Would this change at all if you did a 10 diamond top string?
Yes this is a 9D top string pattern for sure. With a 10D top the pocket would be deeper and lower

100 percent, we recommend this pocket but truly with this you can string anything.

This would probably be a high pocket in the Rebel O
I love my mirage, but when I strung this it was over channeled so I had to move my knots down one sidewall hole. Is there any reason why?
One super important part about these pockets is to break the corners in really well so loosen up the channel a bit.
What's used to hold the head still while you string?
Can I follow this pattern to restring my bravo 1? It's my backup but the top string all fell apart.
It probably won't work to well in the bravo as it is a much wider head.

Review the new EVO QX O lacrosse head and the EVO QX shaft when they come out. I know the head is already out but I'm not sure about the shaft.
