  • This is a video which I have dug off my old hard drive, I think it is pretty instructive of what I experienced in Charing Cross Hospital at the time. The NHS is such a wonderful organisation, sometimes public and private can work for the benefit of all, but that is a rare thing indeed, and certainly not since the effective privatisation of HEALTH SERVICES in the UK.
My experience was that it was not painful, that there were brilliant, positive empathic people surrounding me. That said I was even being nice about A, which I have not been since.
My heart goes out to anyone who has had their GCS postponed due to COVID-19 fears, indeed to any one who has been subjected to delays and cancellations. I had my GCS postponed because of the sudden loss of surgeons qualified to do the work about 6 months previously. I have recently had an operation cancelled 3 times, so I really understand how it feels.
The esturine accent was reinforced due to having been in Essex for a great deal of time in that period. I mention my white coat fear, which accelerates my blood pressure. Four years on I do not regret my transition, there have been issues, none of them psychological. However things have not gone as well as I had anticipated, had they done so I would have got out of the UK last year!

+Sarah J like I say remarkably well to be honest... I honestly wondered if I was going to wake up....I figured I had placed my trust in Ryan Air's expertise I knew that placing my trust in their pilot was an act of hope and trust I placed my hope in the brilliant medical staff at Charing Cross more readily...xxx In the UK it is pretty much pain free if you are without complications and you have determination to get sorted afterwards.. I now feel I have everything to live for!!
