- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Chicken 1-kg
- Onion 1 large size
- Tomatos 2-3
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
- Biryani Masla (Spices) According to taste details written on pack.
You can also use your own spices by mixig following
salt, red chilli powder , bay leaf , fennel seeds ,star anise
Green cardamom ,black cardamom , cinnamon and cloves
- Yogurt 1 cup
Soaked Basmati Rice 1 Kg
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Food Color
- Fresh Coriander
- Fresh Mint
