This looks amazing. I just have one question. What is the size of the pan for baking? 8 or 9 inches?

Hi, Todd Vance! Thanks for the question! I just realised I hadn't included that bit. The one in the video should be an 8in /20cm tin. However, even a 9in one will do, for this type of cake. Here is the link to the blog post: assoupaspossible.com/orange-almond-gluten-free-cake/
