Spent my Christmas Eve with about 300 other bandits making cool music on the Esplanade Concert Hall stage... after negotiating about 17 minutes of lemons (Xinhao tsk 😅) the BDA (Band Director's Association) Band 2023 edition performed this upbeat medley, "Japanese Graffiti XII" arranged by Takashi Hoshide (oh they've got a whole Graffiti series going don't get me started on that already) consisting of music from 70s anime Galaxy Express 999 and ... Spaceship.. Yamoto 😅
Best way to end a year of fruitful music-making indeed...and Christmas aside...here's to yet another fulfilling and musical 2024!!!
