Thanks for watching the video! I had a lot of fun playing with my new second camera, the Go Pro Hero 7 Black. Let me know if you liked this new angle on the videos, and hit that bell if you do!
I just watched a 15 min vid that felt like 5 min. You have a really nice voice to narrate and you do it quickly and effeciently, no useless stops or overexpaling. nice
i first watched one of your videos 2 years ago when I first started doing portrait work . since then Ive done near on 100 shoots & a lot have been at night in the city so have a lot of experience of doing what your demonstating here.. an excellent video for the beginer , you explain things so very well..
This video is very good, I learn a lot from you already.. but only one thing to add if I am you, I will suggest you to reduce saturation on her ear a bit.. I think it's too red and stealing attention from the eyes. What do you guys think?
Really great video, so nice to work with constant light. Are you using centre weighted exposure? Ap priority or manual? Presumably high ISO to keep a good shutter speed as well right? Ciara was great, really beautiful and perfect and continuous posing, she really knew what to do I guess with minimal direction as well 👍👍👍
Model had such an amazing smile at 7:15 but I don't think you got a single photo with a smile. Like you went to the beach and shot the sand and missed the sunset. ;) Thanks for fhe photo and editing tips. Liked.
Hey nice vid! What do you do when the artifical lights is all over the face. How do you correct the skin color in that case, say the magenta in your pic is over her entire face.
Bunlong Lay I would probably try to move somewhere else, sometimes the light is too harsh to work with. The first thing I tend to do is adjust the color balance sliders and see if I can get a nice tone that way, if not I just move onto the next image
I feel your pain. I was in Japan and I substituted as an English teacher for a British guy who needed to take a day off. I had to use his textbook. At one point, one of the students who was reading a passage said, "Some people were queueing outside the theatre." Then she asked, "What does queueing mean?" I swear I had no idea. I had to look it up in my dictionary. Of course that was in the early 1990s, before personal computers were mainstream and we had such things as networking, shared printers, etc. Now "queue" is a common word to me, but back then . . .
@@BooLee01 Honeslty I'm still unsure of what he meant, but based on context im guessing he means a lamp? Like a standing construction work light/lamp >.< -NelleNelle

How would someone make money doing shoots such as these. Who would be the purchaser ? Also , do you sell any of your work on sites like shutterstock etc ?
You could do shoots like this for fashion brands, you could make RUclips videos and courses, sell coaching, and offer workshops. You can also sell stock art but I haven't looked into that. My work can be found on Instagram :) @bachphotographyau

what ISO were you using with this light ? I have strobes but thought this light would be nice but don't want to have to crank the ISO up too high
I think it was ISO100 for the first few and then 320 for the neon shots
Rather than purchase the Yongnuo light, I assume a Rotolight Neo 2 would be just as useful, is this correct or isnt the rotolight powerful enough?
That would work too :)

What was your ISO on the first pictures and also the shutter speed?
Will this light work on Sony cameras ???
beautiful .Thank you
What light is that?

What was the thought process behind shooting at the first location exactly?
Took me a sec to figure out what a torch was. Great vid!

excelent video,nice easy edit.
Thank you very much
Nice vid man, can you please fix the link for the yong nuo light please?
Sorry I didn't realise it was broken, ill fix it up now
Should be fixed up now!
Thanks! can you do a video on explaining your journey through photography (how you started, how long you’ve been doing it, etc)?
Yeah sure!
ISO? Shutter Speed?
beautiful vlog.. keep it up..
Link for that tripod had your light on it? I have my screw on top of my camera
What about speed light , i cant make up my mimd to get a speed light or led
A speedlite will be more powerful so better for daytime shooting etc, but an LED is easier to use IMHO
Thank you
Thanks for watching :)

What did you use for your constant light? I'm struggling to think of something that is portable and doesn't rely on a power source.
selby yong nuo yn300 :)
@@BachPhotography Thank you so much, great content by the way!
any idea how to direct a model ?
"Hey, you stop making that face, yeah THAT one" or at least that's how my Dad directs me 🤣
