Antelope Canyon, Phantoms of the Sand

A cinematic look at one of the most photographed slot canyons in the world.
Located on the Navajo Nation outside of Page, Arizona, Upper Antelope Canyon is arguably one of the most beautiful slot canyons in the world. For a short time each day during the summer months, shafts of light make their way to the canyon floor. Sand in the air interacts with these light shafts and creates eerie phantom-like images between the canyon walls. The surreal beauty of this environment is difficult to capture.
