My husband and I were in our bedroom in the bacc of the house and we had a small amount that we claimed. They bust in our house arrest us…bust the storage room that had 2 ppl in it and then bust the safe…but my husband got those charges…his first 2 offers 10ths! Florida though…idk I know we can fight this!!!
I picked up a homeless person and was immediately pulled up and rushed on by 6 cop cars. That person had a purse on them with no telling what was in it. We both had nothing on us in the search but thank God they didn't search the car because I'm pretty sure she self medicated with substances. I was really just being friendly and she asked for a ride literally up the street. Cops detained me for 35 minutes, I'm in my nursing uniform and it was 5am when i just just off. I had literally clocked out of work 10 minutes before. They said they pulled me over because of a call of a suspicious vehicle. One cop said they had been watching me "for a while". I had a lot to lose and i was so nervous i started to get nauseous and almost vomit. The cop didn't offer medical care just asked "if i took something".
So I am in a similar predicament I worked with two men and a truck. I was in Wisconsin moving a customer got stopped on the highway. The driver didn’t stop at a weight station we got pulled over. Officer found little bit of marijuana inside the bag underneath the seat. I didn’t have no knowledge of it. I got a ticket now I’m going to court find the case for a possession of THC how is that possible?
Just explain i was driving to the police station and found these “Drugs” i was going to turn them into the lost and found im sure somebody is looking for them officer….. you pulled your gun in my face for … oh shit !!!! 🤣
I'm charged for possession of prescription pills, that was in my own bottle, in my vehicle in a casino parking lot...casino seen me breaking them and putting in mouth and downed with redbull...officer used plain view doctrine. Casino zoomed into vehicle but said I was snorting them when video clearly shows I did exactly what I did (broke them up and drank with redbull) I wasnt pulled over, i was already parked. What is the probable cause here?? I didn't try to hide bottle or anything because officer caught me by surprise, I still wouldn't have tried to hide it, but he says that in video as well
How does the any law enforcement in Texas have jurisdiction of the soil? Only 2% of Texas lands are public. General land board of Texas can show the land your arrested on is private. When did drugs become become a constitutional crime or a violent crime? Sounds like a employer employee relations issue based on statutes not real law. Any person natural or chattel that cant ever be wrong is not credible. Are we at war or in the ocean? Explain or maritime law and why the judge has a gold infringed naval flag behind them. Is it because its administration like an employer or military? Also a fraud or play acting with a dressed up judge like english judge, lawyer in suite and citizen in normal clothes

Possession is 9 tenths of the law fight it to the end and don’t take anything less than a dismissal take them to trial!
