Tim Patrick has the best hands on the team, while Sutton has the best feet. They hopefully will use Mims much more as a WR this season. The teams see this as a business so we should not be surprised and much less angry if a player does the same. The only stats that are always true are wins, losses, and ties.

Its crazy you could think this after Sutton has come down with all the crazy catches using his HANDS. Patrick sits in the dugout and says " one day I can be good again when I stop getting injured" ouch but true right. Patrick is nothing right now, hes nothing but dead weight. I'm not sorry about the facts. I love Patrick, maybe he will have a place as a 3rd receiver and reclaim some respect back but as for now, hes the guy who gets hurt.
I definitely want Sutton here, he redid his deallast year to free up salary in good faith ,now Treat him Right

Cody and Sayre, I agree with you. If Tim makes plays on 3rd downs and in the 2 min offense he has made a very large contribution for this team. His value as a blocker also gives him opportunities to contribute also. Don't forget the new kick off. So Tim does not have to start and play every down to make a major contribution. And by the way...he is that WR coach in all the receivers ears on the sidelines.
Can't wait to see him back on the field!

I'm totally with you guys, on Cortland. We must understand, here has not missed any of the mandatory practices -- they haven't had any yet.
Voluntary means just that, voluntary!
Yes, it would be nice to see him out there, but here does have the right not to be.
I don't think that you should dog a guy for wanting a pay raise. He thinks he's worth it, and I tend to agree with that.
I di believe that there are better ways to go about getting a raise, but he's doing what he thinks is best for Cortland.

I remember Courtland during the winning streak last season demanding the media to apologize for slandering Russ. So Courtland for sure didn't agree either how Russ was treated by Sean Payton. You should take in consideration, that Courtland is badly disappointed about that and don't like Sean Payton and Broncos franchise and want's to go elsewhere. So just let him go, he want's to be traded for sure !

I have yet to see a report where Courtland Sutton or his agent is demanding a new contract. Every article I can find surmises that is what he is doing. His silence makes me think it is a hold out, but no one has quoted a direct confirmation.

It's obvious, We are not going to cry over spilled milk. Either you're on board or COACH is gonna send you packing. COURTLAND on the other hand, I feel will be on the team. Russ contract messed it up for a lot of our good players. $ talks and a Man has to take care of his family. Hope they can hash something out, the WR room can be Sick wit It!

Sutton is our staple. I hope he stays with us until he retires, pay him every dollar he asks for and cry to your mommy about mistakes made with Russel budget cap mistakes. This is the NFL. Its the best of the best. Most stats are totally worthless. The ones that MATTER, are as follows, Passes Caught to passes dropped, touchdowns, fumbles, yards after catch. This isn't a stat but it should be against the receivers, passes given up, ( a pass where the receiver touched the ball but resulted in the defense coming down with the ball), some guys are just unlucky and I'm not a quantum mechanics expert but wow some guys seem to be lucky and others unlucky. *shrug* Thanks as always.
Courtland is a great receiver, but his production didn't warrant a raise with two years left on his contract.
He has single-handedly been the Bronco's offense since before Drew Lock even took over, so this is a pretty weak take.
What about Tim Patrick at TE???

A real leader should show up to practice. It’s not like Courtland Sutton had 1000 yards last season and he’s already been given a fair contract. He’s the best receiver on the team and also the highest paid receiver without a new deal.
I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt since all of the practices to date have been voluntary, but if he holds out that is pretty lame, imo.
Look no doubt CS SHOULD GET MORE MONEY NO DOUBT . But it seems like RUSS got in his ear and now he has this thing about the team. And I appreciate you guys talking "business" BUT WE THR FANS DONT CARE AABOUT THAT . ALL WE CARE ABOUT IS LOYALTY so all this talk about business is just trash .
Sorry to disappoint you. The business side is always an important part of the game and that's something we'll always focus on too because that's part of our job!
