I kinda wish that dead hard could have stayed as a dash, though it was broken, I think that if it didn’t grant invincibility and had some sort of drawback like maybe you become oblivious for a little after or something could have made it more balanced, I just think the idea of a dash is really fun and I would love to see it reimplemented in some way shape or form.
Your edits are🔥. Devs also ruined sloppy butcher/gift of pain when they decided to make hemorrhage/mangled only last 90secs, instead of until you get healed. Devs made 2 meh perks basically useless for no reason. But distortion, Deja-vu, resilience & adrenaline are basically multiple perks in 1 get no change lol.
It’s a shame to see what has become of Dead Hard Every single exhaustion perk for survivors involves movement speed in some way. Dramaturgy is a mini Speed boost with an added effect. Balanced Landing is quick recovery from falling alongside a speed boost. All exhaustion perks are like this, except for Dead Hard. Current Dead Hard feels absolutely terrible to use since it has a maximum of two uses to get an effect that feels so empty. The only speed it gets is the on hit speed boost which feels more like compensation for losing. I mean, the perk’s name and icon don’t even match the effect any more. “Dead Hard” sounds like either the name for a Left 4 Dead campaign or a really kinky euphemism. The icon for the perk makes it look like the survivor is taking a sharp turn, so what if Dead Hard was reworked to be just that. What if it was instead a perk that when used, would give you a dash, but in the opposite direction of where you were going. In chase it would be harder and more thought out to use it for distance, like all other exhaustion perks. Using it while running parallel to the killer would put you right in front of them for some crazy techs, or just instantly getting hit. It would need skill to be used well, much like perks like PWYF or Nemesis. I feel like DBD needs a perk like this to keep chases interesting with all of the new possibilities it opens up for both sides.
Dead hard needs to be reverted back to 6.1 version, I had no problems with it at all when I play killer. Only the bad ones will fight with ya and complain.
Nobody flame me please because I don’t play dead by daylight much but would spine chill be considered a good perk initially and then nerfed to the ground
I’m just going to say this dead hard is not a bad perk as of rn if u pair it with balence landing and adreladin if u don’t know what I mean watch neymeti video and his old videos he uses dead hard and balence landing to the point that I started using it and I love using these perks it saved me a bunch of times
I’m not a fan of adrenaline but I do run balanced landing and dead hard I didn’t watch that video but the reason I use them together is because I dont find myself using them both consistently so if I’m not using one I have the other. And honestly it’s convincing that balanced landing is one of the best exhaustion perks
bro i swear your editing's sooo fricking good
These are the kinda friendships I want in my life

No it's a fine perk now .

ppl are telling me that my edits are good. Can you tell me whats good and what might needs to improved?
Does anyone else remember when everyone tried to quit on hook in an attempt to manipulate the stats to revert 6.1.0 Dead Hard? Because it happened.
What do you mean by " quit on hook" ?
@@thedutywarlord264 Used all their chances to get off hook, failed their struggle phase skill checks, basically just killed themselves on hook

Dead Hard also involves movement speed. It is just handed out differently.

I can't lie I liked the old deadhard, it made me question every hit I was going for, it'd make me play carefully
Really informative good job
If I wasnt double timing my scripts I would need 50 minutes for a vid like this
you said "dbd" so fast i thought you straight up said skibidi and has to rewatch that part
