- Ever wonder why the Irish are more sympathetic toward Palestine, and more hostile toward Israel, than most other western Europeans? Let me invite you to central Dublin during a demonstration and try to explain the Irish point of view. Saoirse agus ceartas don Phalaistín!

I've written more about Gaza on Medium: one satire piece but most of them serious: medium.com/@wiredgourmet Do enjoy!
None of our business
Subbed for the coffee, staying forever because of the empathy and humanity.
Yes yes yes! Exactly how I feel.
Genuine, honest, and bold. Thank you Thomas and God bless you.
I almost made it into a Wired Gourmet video!
I've always loved the coffee content, but seeing him take a stand for justice and raise awareness about the Palestianian struggle truly elevates my respect for him.
Keep inspiring!
❤❤❤Greatest respect gratitude and love to Ireland,Viva from South Africa,
Forgive the overtired turn of phrase, but it must be said: The Based Wired Gourmet
Phraseology aside, looking forward to more Irish topic content, high or low effort
You speak very well.
I’m pleased to hear another, informed, point of view.
They should be more concerned with the invasion of their own country
Are you of Irish origin or living there now? My Grandparents were from outside Dublin, Im an O”Reilly and born on St Patricks day! Sadly Im English and have nothing to be proud of about that in many years.
Get an Irish passport easy enough if you've not got one and then you can hop skip and jump to Ireland .
It’s really no surprise, with the history of transplantation / plantation in Ireland. Another similarity is appropriation of legitimate cultural memory and the struggle for civil rights by bad actors.
Thank you for speaking up and the footage of that protest in Ireland. I eagerly await your next video on Ireland.
Thanks, God bless you
32.800 already died to keep a “man” in power😢

Like others mentioned, I normally see the notification for a new video and my pavlovian response gets me ready for coffee…
What an interesting and welcome side project highlighting the troubles that span generations. I also appreciate the Irish people for recognizing the parallels between Ireland & England so they can empathize with the Palestinians.
I was afraid to click the video and lose respect for one of my favorite RUclipsrs, because I have zero tolerance for neutrality in this matter. Instead I'm subscribed for life now, even if you switch to instant coffee!
Thanks
Sorry Tony, but are you Irish? Do you have an Irish passport, or have you lived in Ireland?
Yes, yes, and yes.
@@wiredgourmet and just for context, you lived in the North during the troubles?
Would that satisfy you? Or would I have to be from a particular neighbourhood in Derry?
@@wiredgourmet I think knowing the context of your lived experience would benefit our appreciation, as your audience, of what you are communicating. I’m sorry if I’ve offended you.
Sorry, your opening comment sounded a bit snippy and challenging, like do I have any basis for commenting. I thought you might be trolling.
Lullaby? you mean Goodnight or Goodbye to Gaza?
This was fantastic
Glad you enjoyed it. I clicked on one of your subs and learned something new: pickled green tomatoes. I've done lemons and limes like that but not tomatoes. Hope those folks are OK.
Thank you for this video.
FREE PALESTINE.
Wow! Never expected this from such an educated person like yourself. Unsubscribing now!
Politics in a coffee channel… no thanks!
Everything is political and neutrality is a fallacy. Also this isn't strictly a coffee channel.
My house, my rules.
@@samneibauer4241Neutrality is always the side of the oppressor
These issues should be ever-present in our minds. I'm not perfect by any stretch, but I'm not about to bury my head in the sand while CHILDREN ARE BEING MURDERED.
From the river to the sea - ISRAEL is the only thing you will see ❤
Are you calling for genocide?
@@yidavv I invite everyone that wants to live peacefully with us.
@@sharonj8556way to ignore the question. its ok tho, everyone sees the double standards when that slogan is stated by 1 side as opposed to the other. Israel lost a lot of its unfounded credibility in the west, things have changed, people woke up. continue what you are doing, it only helps our case.
@@yidavv Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi. In 2006, said, "We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe-without swords, without guns, without conquest-will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades."
YOU ARE NEXT!!!
@@sharonj8556didn't bother to actually engage with anything I said, just keep doing what you do best. deflect, ignore and fear monger, classic.
Curious if you will answer this, tho I doubt it. What are you trying to say with this quote anyway? Either you think he is someone who can predict the future (cuz why else would you take what he says seriously), or you are fear mongering about some Muslim conspiracy to take over Europe. Huh, that sounds very familiar to other conspiracies, don't you think? I thought you guys learnt from your own experiences of all the conspiracies against you to not be so quick to fall for them, but I guess not. But its different with Muslims, right?
