There were a few seasons where duo jungling was a developing meta, but it got hard nerfed early on.

probably wouldn't work as well against a more coordinated team. If the other support rotates to leave bot a 1v1 and goes with the jg to fight the sion he loses. also if the mid or top just interfere with him
One thing that's always bugged me since they added dedicated roles, was that the game meta can't change. 2 junglers will be so hard to be accepted because people are told it is supposed to be 1 1 1 2 instead of 1 2 1 1 like this.
Which always makes me laugh how much Riot is forcing the meta. Even new champions are being made as "adc" or "jungle". This is the same company years ago that said they didn't want a meta and didn't want to force people into a meta.

Even before roles people played this setup and only for a brief period it was adc mid, I remember since Ive played since S1. Or you dont remeber good old everyone typing their roles in chat asap, "mid or feed" or last person getting sup just because their client was too slow to load? Thinking its riots fault for current meta is just stupid.

Is not about the rules per say it is mostly about their expectations. People expect more so they get more easily disappointed and therefore frustrated.

I'm a bit sad how Sylas doesn't abuse your invade early by stealing her blue. And it's feels like he's lost on how to get value while you disturb their jungler. No drake, no hard camp bot, no invade. A "play by the book" jungler vibe.
there was a video where tilterella talked about it being better to take your own camps because otherwise, your side of the map has low level camps but the enemy has high level camps.
@@jinsujoung2496 While that is true, if he did invade then it would set Evelynn very far behind, due to lack of first clear camps. Later on it'd be better to focus clearing one's own jungle than prioritizing invading since Tilterella was already on it.
@@blitzwolfer4154 There was the video before of the jungler who spent too much time trying to counter jungle that his team ended up under-leveled. It's a fine line between trying to deny the enemy jungler and speeding through your own clear. In the time it takes Sylas without boots to walk to enemy blue he could've taken a camp on his own side.
Usually it’s better that they first clear their own jungle, but in this situation because the eve has no flash and hasn’t cleared a camp yet, I knew she’d only be able to chase me around or die trying to secure lvl 2. So there was no risk for my jungled to Invade.

@Catty Well last season he placed Master's with a 56% win rate on Sion, and while a solid amount of that was most likely top, he did spend a good chunk of that time playing Sion Supp so the fact that his win rate is so good despite the "1 good game out of the many bad games" should tell you that either his OP GG account is lying or you're just wrong.

Tilt, the reason why Sylas was going to help you in your invade, is because sylas jg is supossed to get lvl 3 and start fighiting, he have a very bad jg clear, he cant power farm, the pick is just rushing lvl 3 and perma gank to get feed, should remember that, not all the jg are like Hecarim that have to full clear

What happened to the 3 smite jungle thing?
I played a game like this with a yi "sup" with me bot Jinx. The actual jg got mad and said yi was gonna do nothing but steal farm and troll. I rewatched the game and the jg basically mentally afk'd and fed 2 or 3 kills without a reason to try fighting and the freedom to run each time. The jg also never showed bot even when near and i was being dived for 15 secs. The yi farmed camps the jg wasnt near and made constant creative and successful plays the first 8 minutes and went 2/1/1. People can get so caught up in their ideas of "being a good person" and "the right thing" that they become abysmal at respecting themselves and anyone else once their beliefs are ignored by even one person. its so wild
i know that why you don't try to act like you right when meet people like that. They would 100% sabotage the game to prove that they always right, the best action to do is to actually stealth their camp bring out your mastery act like you troll so they won't sabotage to ruin your game bc in their mind they want the last laugh but if you troll they don't need to prove a thing or if they actually just don't play then they won't get the last laugh either so best version of it, you will also always keep a sane mind when trying off meta stuff in this toxicity environment.

Yes he probably knows that (i don't wanna be rude) he is just autoing to lifesteal since he's under the passive state, and hoping that the passive will last until he procs another slow

@@scotsan3857 As the other dude said, this doesnt work on higher elos because people actually know how to punish this kind of Cheese strats, if they wanted the support would roam with Even and Fight sion, he will lose every single fight, same for mid, roaming with them

'Unique playstyles' are a wildcard, and most people would rather have 50/50 than take a gamble on a strat that might not work from a complete stranger they dont know.

Yea, you'll have to play normals for "experimental" picks/builds. One bad game on ranked with a weird champ or build and riot will immediately consider it griefing.
Because this kind of shit in ranked is just fustrating, the dude gets banned for greafing games with "Experimental builds", imagine you are in your rank up game 2 wins - 2 loses...then comes the Sion mid trying to jungle...throws the game because the other team actualy knows how to play, you dont rank up not because of yourself, but because some dude that got banned wants to play in a "different" way
@@GrEEnF1Re1 I agree, there's no place for "experimenting" in ranked. It's for competitive play where winning is the goal, not fun. Normals is where people should be trying new stuff out.

I think this playstyle uniquely tilts teammates because before queing up they have this idea in their mid that they're gonna 1v9 as draven in masters and end up not being able to play the game the way that they wanted
its ok T1 just started doing this strat in his matches....if they don't ban him and they ban you.....
Because only a very select few people are able to pull it off, the amount of players who see these strats and try to replicate them with absolutely 0 understanding of what makes them work is ridiculous and frustrating to encounter.

My experience playing off-meta is so terrible it's just not worth it. Even when I put effort into communicating, teammates are much more prone to mental boom and I'm automatically the scapegoat.
Because people hate what they don't understand. It's easier than question yourself.

Cuz change is good but only if the "pros" do it. But the "pros" are so set in their ways that there will be no actual grand strategy change in the game. It would be hard and risky to do something like that.

@Catty I can understand that, however the problem originates where they assume he's trolling and either counter-troll or dodge constantly when he has proven for months that the strat works. I'm not saying you don't have a point, but the egg came before the chicken in this case
@Catty his win rate on his main is about 50/50 last I checked including the learning phase where most were lost because he hadn’t got the play style down yet, cut those out and it’s a solid win rate

on one hand I can see why an ADC would get so upset because the game largely goes from just farming for 10 minutes, to now having to play really well 2 v 1 so as not to lose the tower. Not everyone's prepared to do that, playing 2 v 1 is objectively harder...
On the other hand, with the changes to XP, allowing the ADC to get solo experience is a massive win for the mid/late game. So if you can find an ADC that knows how to farm safely under turret in a 2 v 1 situation, I think this is a far more winning playstyle.
I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see this come out at worlds at some point. I mean they did the whole support clearing with jungle for a bit before they made whatever changes that nerfed the heck out of that.
I could also see Riot doing something where they limit Smite to only the person in the jungle position, which would effectively destroy this playstyle. But Riot doesn't really like the meta playstyle being disrupted too much.
There is a difference in being able to "survive" or "play 2v1" and playing against a comp that is designed to turret dive. Thresh, Naught, Leona, Braum? They all would look at a solo botlaner and see nothing but cash. Against a good comp and decent players doing a 2 jung strat literally means you just made the game a 4v5.
@@tonysmith9905 well the argument though with the 2 jungle strat is you're eliminating their jungle as being relevant. So it basically is who can "survive" the longest, enemy jungler or your ADC. With that said though, I do wish turret diving was way more punishing than it is.
@@xerodeus2337 It's way more punishing for the solo botlaner though. They literally can't go any where but botlane into what is most likely going to be them feeding. The enemy jungler you're supposedly eliminating? They can still make successful ganks else where thanks to numbers being op. They have outs to get back into the game. Against a good botlane duo that solo adc has none. They shouldn't even be able to farm.

@@xerodeus2337 There was a singed player doing this support playstyle a few years back. Him getting banned multiple times actually blew up and became a topic for a while. It's not the first time I'm seeing this.
I tried the Sion build/strat and got flamed for 30min straight after i failed trying it (played sion like 4 times max)

Maybe because it's an extremely toxic gameplay, stealing resources from every single one of your teammates is going to annoy them, they don't give a fuck about your "crazy" gameplay, they just wanna play the game.
I had some guys in my game doing smite bot lane emulating your strat, even asking if i know your channel which i do, i watch and i like them and i understand them. These guys went bot Sion and Twitch i was like ok sounds interesting. Was thinking they would perma be warding and taking his bot side then running to lane and catching that. They didnt actually do very much enemy jg taking and harassing, but also didnt really lane, instead trying to gank lanes, so got really down in levels. Eventually started smite stealing camps i was doing on our side, and when i asked them to stop they started all chatting that i should be reported for toxicity. People can take them and turn them into really bad experiences for others. This is probably a rare case as ive never had it before or since but it was just so random because i know your content and i know you definitely dont purposefully do toxic stuff that that, yet they were citing your content as the basis of their behaviors. Yikes lmao

The sponsor program reminds me of the old og warcraft world editor. That's what made warcraft so famous. They gave the players the ability to create their own custom maps and post them online. From literally emulated lol map to the classic dota. All were created in warcraft world editor. Most of the best concepts. Like tower defense and so one. Game modes that branch now on their own on steam or a different separate game . Like dota 2 from the predecessor dota 1. Legion tower defense. A different game on steam and so on so forth. Blizzard did made as new policy to the reforge Warcraft so people won't benefit from the maps. Now like the true communist fashion. All the maps you creat belongs to Blizzard entertainment. So yeah they screw up big time. But I digress. The point it is good to see another engine providing you with the freedom world editor used to give you.

Its kinda unfun as the adc if your supports just leaves and says fk u im second jungle now and for the jungle as well obviously. People shouldnt be toxic of course but I can understand the frustration especially if its a competitive environment
On the other hand, he's not gonna be 3 levels behind the solo lanes at 10 minutes, so he might be happy. Also, if he is an adc main, he knows his role is worthless until the game is decided anyway : might as well get the relevant players ahead of their competition and end the game at 2 items. I don't see how that's any less valid of a strategy than locking in an enchanter and praying to get one team mate you can baby sit to victory.
