Wow, would love 2. We have electric underfloor heating in our bathrooms and need to change the thermostats as we've had them for 11 years now! What great timing x
Kerry, Your home is absolutely stunning! 😍 I love the brick wall, it gives a warm feeling to your room. I totally agree that only having one regret on the build is very impressive. Also, Yes, regarding the window in the hallway. I think extra light flooding in would feel lovely x
Hi Kerry, thanks for the tip about the window .. we are in middle of our small renovation which involves extension at the back and front ... we didn't get the windows either but we are going for frosted glass panels on the side to let the light in. Also we have underfloor heating in half part of the house and getting in the extension with the very old style thermostat which came with the house .. would love to try the smart thermostat for underfloor heating x
Such a beautiful home Kerry we've had a long long 2 year wait for our kitchen conversion but amazingly it's going to start this March we are having under floor heating and I would be very grateful to receive one of your now unused thermostats x
Hi Kerry, I’ve been following your whole renovation project with great interest. We’ve just moved into a new house with underfloor heating in the kitchen area and a thermostat to control it would be absolutely wonderful. Best wishes
The brick wall looks absolutely incredible! I do think the window would make a big difference, but I definitely agree that it isn’t something you need urgently.
Hi Kerry, I come from Emily and your housecis absolutely lovely. We built a small house in Austria for 3 years now, because we are not very lucky with our builders. We will get under floor heating also and they thermistats would help us a bit, but I think they will have been given away already now....
Your home is so beautiful Kerry, the brick wall really looks good and definitely makes the room look nice and homely. Have a lovely weekend with your lovely family xx
Absolutely love the content and gets me excited about our current house renovation. Would definitely be interested in trying the thermostats as we’ll be getting underfloor heating once the extension is done. Keep up the good work and enjoy your new home now!!
I love the idea of the side window, it’ll transform the entrance! The brick wall looks great!! I’d love to have a thermostat, we’re getting underfloor heating in our new property.
Love the brick slips and thinking of having them in our new extension! We also needed much smaller pipes for our underfloor heating due to the existing floor. Our builder recommended this company and they look great. Would love to have some thermostats to match the system 😬
Hi Kerry, loving your videos, just come across after a recommendation from Emily Norris. Love love love the brick will and am looking to do one in my renovation next year 😃 xx
Love the wall Kerry and it looks more natural with some bricks being wonky lol ( though you can hardly see it). I agree a frosted window will be a deal breaker - why pay so much to transform your home if you have to keep a light on all the time?? Also agree that a nice unit in the boys bathroom will ‘lift’ and give extra storage, and what a great idea about the shaving socket - they’ll be doing that before you know it!! The house looks amazing - can’t wait to see the final touches. ( then you can come and do mine ha ha 🤣😉). Have a good weekend xx
Oh my gosh Kerry, I LOVE THE BRICK WALL!!! Yes I think a long frosted window is a fab idea. Our new house has a large window that you can clearly see out of BUT its VERY far back from the road so no fear of people walking past our house and looking in but my only fear is if someone walked up our garden path at night it would be super creepy 😁
Hi Kerry, I've recently subscribed after seeing you on Emily Norris's channel. Great content, lovely to meet a fellow South African. Congrats on reaching 100K subscribers. I'm in the process to major renovations and I would really love to have the Warm Up thermostats. Sending love from a cloudy Manchester
Actually, a frosted glass in the center of the door will give more light in the passage than the window on the side , is my take on that . It will be easier to do aswell , without disturbing the paint and the the electrical points on the wall . As the size of your front door is wide enough to hold a frosted toughened glass in the center and a wooden broad frame on all 4 sides . Luv, Dr Sonali India
I agree because the direction of the light would travel sideways rather than lengthways through the hall. It might be cheaper to adjust the door and you could have it frosted.
I wouldn’t put the window in. I think it would take away the fact that the front door is so unusual. I love your door it is so stunning. I think the window would make it look too normal again. Just keep the lights on lol. Beautiful home. Xxxxxx.
I enjoyed this so much, your joy is shining through, yiu have worked hard guys you deserve the best. I love the brick wall. And yes to the window if it's affordable in the future x
Hey Kerry. I'd love the thermostat if there's one spare. We are renovating our 30's house atm and are having underfloor heating. Also I like the idea of the window, is there no way they can put one in above the door? x
Hi Kerry, could you have a slimline window above the door? It then won’t affect the tiled, skirting etc. I’d love a thermostat if you still have any available, we’re about to start our renovation if our house we purchased last year and we are starting with our bathroom and are having underfloor heating. Xxx
Oh wow, what a transformation seriously loving the feature brick wall - looks insane Kerry! Wishing you all best for the rest of the changes you have planned - and looking forward to seeing the vlogs! P.S. Would really love a bundle of Warmup thermostats - looking to redo 3 bathrooms and they would look awesome. Thanks.
Hi Kerry - house is looking lovely ☺️ we are about to start our extension build and are having under floor heating in our new room - if you have one thermostat i would be happy to use it please 🙏 thanks in hope Deborah
I would love to try the thermostat. I’m going to renovate my home in the next few months 🤞and we are getting underfloor heating everywhere downstairs. Your home is absolutely gorgeous! I’m grabbing as much inspo as possible 🤣
A new window sounds good, have you also thought about sun tunnels, which would be clear, so could potentially let more light in that a frosted window (depending on which way your house faces). Also just to add, if the £ for windows is more than you want to pay this year/next year. You can get garden spinners which have mirrors on them which will shine light all the way from your garden through your family area into the entrance way., that could be a temporary fix.
I did think about a sun tunnel and I think I might get quoted on that too.. im still waiting to hear back from the builders.. im scared to know how much it would be to add the window!! heheh xxx
Hi. If You still have those underfloor heater thermostats, would love to have them. l finished house last summer, couldnt choose which ones to get...haven't yet divided pipes for seperate room temp., its in the plan xx so it would be great. Love renovation work done in Your house and brick wall looks super cozy^^
Hi Kerry, love that you’ve put the brick slip wall in this house as I loved it in your last renovation 💕 We’ve got electric underfloor heating and would love to try the thermostat with our system if I’m not too late to ask? Thanks 🙏🏻 xxx
Your renovation videos are great. We have a bungalow and would love to extend and have an open plan diner kitchen etc like you’ve created. Our potential extension space is 14x6 metres - is that a good size? Thanks
Hi Kerry - glad you are having a water softener, wish I could have one but I rent so not an option for me. Also you were right about Lulu - she is definitely slimmer!
Wall looks amazing! I’d definitely put a window into the hallway. I currently live in a house that has no natural light in the hallways, stairs & landing and it’s awful.
Hi Kerry. I love your brick wall; loved your old one too and I’ve wanted to do one for a while but not felt brave enough! I’m determined now. Please can you give me some tips on ordering the bricks? How did you measure? Also on the site it has “7 corners”. What does that mean?! The site doesn’t explain! Thank you so much x
Absolutely love your brick wall. I have been looking into ideas to bring light into a dark room in our house and have seen a light tunnels are really effective could that be an option for you?
Hi lovely. I have been following your renovations and have to say that is is looking amazing. We’re just moved to our new house in December. We’re in the middle of whole house renovation with rear extension being build. We about to install low profile underfloor heating through out whole downstairs: original house+extension. Would love to try thermostat which is no longer useful to you. Do you have any advice on how to choose, install Ufh? Thank you for your vidios
The window in the hall would make a big difference Kerry, I would say go for it. Do you have room for storage space for coats like you’ve done with your shoes? ☺️
The window really would make such a big difference.. im still waiting for a quite for it to be put in so we will see.. hopefully the quote won't be too much!!!! xxx
I think the window isn’t going to make your hallway that much brighter. Especially with it being frosted. I have two sidelights on my front door each are frosted with a 1.5” ribbon of unfrosted glass around the perimeter. I also have a window on the landing and it’s still quite dark. We painted it a dark blue before Christmas as I thought sod it, embrace the darkness. The result is really great, I absolutely love it now.
Do you know if you can just change those smart thermostats for the old chunky dial ones ? I had hive in my old house, so I’m looking at ways to control my underfloor heating system now, so I would be interested.
I’m still loving the brick, I like that it’s not in perfect straight lines, 😀 please say you’re going to do the tv wall 😃😃 it would look so good ✅ The window idea sounds good but I’d just feel gutted seeing them knock out that lovely finished wall, albeit small 😱😱😱 but if the price of getting it done works out cheaper than having electric lighting on all day 🤔🤔🤔 Either way it will still look gorgeous 🥰 Take care all of you xxx
Kerry we have just moved in to our new house which has gas underfloor heating. I don’t know whether the thermostat would work with it but would like one if it can. Thankyou
I absolutely love how you’ve done your house and I’m copying your bathrooms 😜 I brought my home Aug 20 and it’s still derelict due to planning and COVID but good news it’s finally started 20222 yay! There’s no going back now that time, money and building cost against us we just don’t know how we going to get there 🤦🏽♀️ but one thing we decided budget wise is to do the big main things to the house for the long run and live with nothing inside lol, we want under floor heating so the thermostats would be amazing 🤩 love your videos!
You are right the door is a marmite door, for me if the door had some glass in there to let on natural light you wouldn’t have the issue that you have now. My home is very contemporary and we have a wall similar to you that runs along one side of the house so I love that but can’t get away with the door, sorry xx
We are currently having an extension built to open up our kitchen living space and planning on having underfloor heating so I’d love one of your controller if you have one spare please x
Hi Kerry - I’d love 3 thermostats if they’re available? I currently have underfloor heating but 2 of my thermostats are broken and need replacing (I’ve got 3 in total).
Love the house. It looks great. Well done to you and the boys. I have two boys too. We are about starting our rear extension soon and will have under floor heating put down as well. If you are giving away the thermalstats. Please add me on your list. Would like to see how well it works. Thank you and please wish me luck on our build too. 🙈🙈
That brick wall adds SO much warmth and character! The color is perfect!
I love it so much.. im so glad we did it :) xxx
Wow, would love 2. We have electric underfloor heating in our bathrooms and need to change the thermostats as we've had them for 11 years now! What great timing x

You said just about everything I had to say Angela! I agree on absolutely everything! Well done, Kerry!
The house looks incredible. Well done. A window would be incredible....x
Thank you :) so glad you like it :) xxx

Wow your home is stunning, leave having the window for a while to see how the light is in the summer
The window would defo add some light and I think I would also put it on the opposite site of the door. It does look nice though as it is.
I’d put a window in the door. Maybe a porthole feature would look great 😊
I’ve got the same underfloor heating, we’ve had it about 5 years now, it’s fab.
Isn't it just brilliant.. we are so happy with it and our home is always so warm and cosy :) xxx

Sockets in a drawer! Amazing, I'd love a video full of 'things that just make sense' but you might not have thought of before!
Hey Kerry, the feature wall looks great! I’m just wondering how you cut the half slips at the end of each of your brick courses? Thanks!
You can get brick cutters, but we didn't have one so we used gardening sheers!!!! lol! not very technical at all but it worked well!! hehehe xxx
Hi kerry..the wall looks really good 👍 shame about the hall yes i agree put a window 🪟 there it will be good and soon be sorted for you xx 👍
ahah I know the window will really make such a huge different and we would never regret putting one in! xxx

Mastic, mastic man 🏋🏽 🎼 I could just hear the Village people singing 💪🏽💪😂
Hi Kerry would love a themo. We love your house renovation
You have a lovely home and yes, I'd put the window in, it would be the icing on the cake, then no regrets at all xx
it really would be the icing on the cake I agree.. we are pretty impressed that's out only regret too!!! xxx

Many thanks
I wouldn’t put the window in! I like the mirror as the center focal point on the hall wall 🤔
Wall looks amazing!
I’d definitely put a window into the hallway. I currently live in a house that has no natural light in the hallways, stairs & landing and it’s awful.

Found you through Emily Norris' channel and subscribed x
Aahh thank you Anna :) I hope you like my channel too 🥰🥰
I think a beautiful runner would keep your hall cleaner.
Absolutely love your brick wall. I have been looking into ideas to bring light into a dark room in our house and have seen a light tunnels are really effective could that be an option for you?
I would love one of your under floor thermostats my husband is really techy.

I love the wooden clothes airier
Hi Kerry - I’d love 3 thermostats if they’re available? I currently have underfloor heating but 2 of my thermostats are broken and need replacing (I’ve got 3 in total).
I would love to try the under floor heating thermostat pretty please :D
We have heat recovery system which makes it very efficient
Hi, nice home.
It would probably be a whole lot cheaper to put some glass in the front door.
I need to see what the quote comes back with but our front door was pretty expensive so I think it would be cheaper to add the window!! lol. xxx
Wall looks good. You have a big, light room to take it 😁. The window in the hall will make such a difference. Glad you have working loos 🤣. Xx
Could you not put a skylight where the light is?
Love the house. It looks great. Well done to you and the boys. I have two boys too. We are about starting our rear extension soon and will have under floor heating put down as well. Looks perfectimondo to me! Xxxxx
Yes to the window 100%
I am having under floor heating middle of our build thank you
I think rather than knocking through a window next to the front door would be better to add a portch and then paint the black door white
It’s a rubbing in iron ! Bx
HI Kerry, the house looks great l would love to receive a underfloor theme Thank
Hiya, would you please consider me for 1 of your give away underfloor heating controllers please, thank you so much x Tracy T
