I have struggled to afford heating my home for several years in the winter especially. Because I need heat to help my pain management. Last winter I had three duvets on my bed ALL 15 TOG TOO. Not only that a hat, scarf, 2 pairs of socks and 2 pairs of gloves and a dressing gown. My house was 14°, that was in my kitchen. How dare they ask for help with their second homes when I can't afford mine and I have been in receipt of the winter payment. AND THEY NOW WANT TO TAKE THAT PAYMENT AWAY FROM PENSIONERS. DISGRACEFUL.
