I think people should choose their device according to their priorties, Its not the best in gaming or camera but design battery software and cool widget and overall normal usage with those glyphs...no other phone in this range have these qualities altogether (remember you should know what you want in your phone)

i bought the Nothing Phone 2a on the launch day and off course 8GB 256GB Varient with card offer for 24000 Rs. That was the day and now i have no problem what so ever and everywhere i go people wanted to know or see this phone and its design. I am not a Mobile Gamer, i like PC games, so for me this is the best phone i ever had. Thank you, Big Fan.
I'm a phone 2a user. It's outstanding on basis of a new brand. The software is premium and smooth the performance justify the price. Not the pro grade cameras but still a decent and well designed camera. Overall a good purchase. 👍🏻
I have purchased nothing phone 2a on 21st March I am very much satisfied with phone in all areas (maybe cuz have been using phone that are under 10-12k since 4 years) But watching videos of comparison makes me think i purchased wrong product So left watching videos and accepted what i got I will definitely recommend nothing phone 2a over any other in segment as i found out how good it's software experience and clean as well I May sound like biased in opinion but it's a phone that i purchased with my own salary so it will definitely give happiness to me

Today I just received the Nothing Phone 2a white 8 + 128 and I am a casual user. I dont play games. The OS of this pho ke feels fresh to me and some camera improvements are required. The video quality lies between best and average. Overall I think that this unique art of engineering is worth the price.
I Bought it couple of days ago . I am a casual user so software experience was what is was looking for... by far the best . The experience is really smooth and the stock android is cherry on cake. Battery life is amazing. If you want a good phone but are not stuck on best in class gaming experience and photography, this is the best one out there.

Atleast nothing is a company who gives updates whenever have found some glitches . I have not seen any company like nothing ... The update size will be 60 70 mbs that's it . That's a good thing
My experience is excellent I can say I don't play games that much but I try new games and 1.I am agreeing with you for the performance part (yes there are better performance phones like newly launched nord ce 4 or poco x6 pro) 2. by the way cameras were bad but now I can say they are on par with the competition and this phone will improve like nothing phone 1 or 2. 3. Display is really excellent although I neither use Netflix nor amazon prime. 4. For UI it's the best and no company can beat this(in this segment) . Even though hyper os and oxygen os(rebranded colour os😑) are smooth but the experience with this nothing os is entirely different and if you become use to you will never switch to any other os trust me 5. Battery backup is also excellent even though charging speeds are slow compare to competition but this can be full charged in 1 hour and that's enough for me (although I mostly charge at night) Conclusion : After using nothing phones for 1 and half year I can say these phones improve with time 😊💖

Let me give you an insight as a Nothing phone 2a user - After many days I got a good phone after Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, the nothing phone 2a. Its a pretty good phone, it feels good to have it. And I know many people are thinking that oneplus nord ce 4 is better, yes it is, specification wise yes . But the very thing that matters is that "If Nothing phone 2a would not have had launched I would never have bought Oneplus Nord ce 4 by spending 25k. Comparing it with nothing might pose it as a "better" again not entirely but I never think i would have purchased it solely if the former wasn't there. I was always looking for an overall good display and decent performance but stock android phone. Nothing phone 1 came from 27k to 26k but I thought it would probably never come to 22k. Same with moto edge 40 neo. Tell me, almost all the phones below this have SD 695. moto g34 at 11k also and moto g84 at 18k also!! It seems that 7k is extra just an amoled panel. Still updates and camera's get below average . Oneplus nord ce 3 lite also has 695. Nord ce 3 was never a very powerful phone either (and that flash lol in that series ) so when nothing came, I knew charger would be a separate purchase, I knew this is not a phone in which I would apply all sorts of card discounts and get it at 19- 20 k I thought that if it will be till 23k then also I will take it, and here it is. 25999 price (256 gb ) + 2k charger - 1250 Rs. coupon discount - Rs 2500. phone exchange( including the exchange bonus) (that exchanged phone was redmi 5a literally sad haalat ho gayi thi uski ) is almost 24249 , for the 256 gb variant is not a bad deal. The phone is beautiful. It has a character. Its video camera is beautiful beautiful awesome. Ever try using gcam for photos I love it. I can never feel a skinned phone as my own phone. nothing os is a skin yes, but it enhances, not tries to just over change just to make it different. I adore this device and it gets everything done. its Antutu is 6 lakh something right? I am coming from a phone that had 1 lakh something antutu. He also used to run tbh, it had emmc this has ufs 2.2. Its a good classy minimal experience phone. And the experience stays man. Its stays. I feel very happy of my purchase. I use it though. The photos from the camera might be a hit and miss but the video is ethereally beautiful. The phone is not a value for money phone though, that means there is a premium associated with it. If for you the pricing makes sense, purchase it for surity. These reviewers kinda begin to overstretch on stuff. Its a nice phone! I love it.

I am one of the users who purchased the Nothing Phone 2a on the first day of sale! The phone is amazing no such major issues. As mentioned by Rakesh, the UI feels laggy sometimes after some heavy work performed on the device for example, after recording some video continuously for 2 to 3 hrs, after playing games for 40,50 mins, etc. Charging speed is good not the best cause if the phone is connected to the charger while using it then you will experience the worst charging speed, but if charged unused it is good. Cameras are decent, should not expect any extraordinary pics from them. Talking about software its awesome and is improving with updates. And yes Glyphs do matter if you want some attention!!
Yes they did the charging speed control because of the phone health. I am using nothing 45w PD charger and it charges in just 1 hour that is good for me .. I have noticed it charges the phone from 15% to 60% in just 15-20 min respect to the climate condition that looks really good.

Pretty sure nothing phone 2a cannot get HDR on Netflix. Netflix has made it so that only if you have the app preinstalled on your software you can have HDR support. So there is no point in asking nothing for this change because it all depends on Netflix, which is pretty sad.

I am using the nothing phone 2a for the last couple of weeks. Mentioning some of my thoughts, Cons : 1. Auto Brightness doesn't work properly, most of the time I have to increase the brightness level to see things properly and it's very annoying. 2. The network reception doesn't always work as expected. Sometimes there is no network but the data and wifi is showing as working. 3. Gallery app should be there. 4. Sometimes laginess is there 5. The size of the phone 6. Charging takes a lot of time, I use a 30 watt charger Pros: 1. Software. It's really nice and one of reason to buy this phone 📱. 2. Haptics above average. 3. Simmetrical bezel 🤌 4. Display quality is good according to price. Overall a decent phone, I will pick it up for the software and display, but the auto Brightness issue must be fixed, that really annoys me.
@@intolerantperson7378 camera is average and I didn't feel any heating issue still now. This is my secondary device from the initial time, so I didn't use the camera that much plus never felt the heating issue. Considering the cheapest use, the device should heat a moderate amount.
Instead of 30 watt charger use a 25 watt charger it will charger more faster. I to used the 30 watt charger at first the charging took 2 hrs. But know I shifted to samsung 25 watt charger and it shows rapid charging and charges in approx 50 minutes to 1 hr

My honest review after one month of usage of phone 2a and I sold it after a month, I am an average phone user, attending calls, scrolling social medias, some photos here and there, etc Battery power, display, speakers, performance, software is clean, most of the features of a mobile phone is top notch.... cons: Modes and routines, very minimal customisation for lockscreen and home screen, gallery app is a must as google photos sucks, never used glyph interface for anything, black and white software becomes boring after a while, weather app is so dull, battery charging duration was erratic, cameras aren't very great in low lighting as processing is slow and video recording function isn't very smooth, the transition from one scene to another looks very robotic but still I miss this phone, one of the best phone under that price range, I was a samsung s22+ user and my mistake was to compare 2a with s22+ and ended up selling it after a month. I will be getting back to nothing but may be not 2a or 2a plus may be near to nothing phone 5 or 6. This is my personal genuine 1 month usage and review.
There are many pros but I will talk about cons Camera photos takes tym to proces HD videos on prime doesn't support too well. Sometimes lags in when you come back to home page.
With the upcoming price drop and multiple updates, a review focusing specifically on the camera and battery performance would be greatly appreciated. If you can make one, it would be extremely helpful ahead of the BBD sale. A short comparison with Edge 50 Neo would make more sense. Thanks.

Today I just received the Nothing Phone 2a white 8 + 128 and I am a casual user. I dont play games. The OS of this pho ke feels fresh to me and some camera improvements are required. The video quality lies between best and average. Overall I think that this unique art of engineering is worth the price.

I Bought it couple of days ago . I am a casual user so software experience was what is was looking for... by far the best . The experience is really smooth and the stock android is cherry on cake. Battery life is amazing. If you want a good phone but are not stuck on best in class gaming experience and photography, this is the best one out there.

My experience is excellent I can say I don't play games that much but I try new games and
1.I am agreeing with you for the performance part (yes there are better performance phones like newly launched nord ce 4 or poco x6 pro)
2. by the way cameras were bad but now I can say they are on par with the competition and this phone will improve like nothing phone 1 or 2.
3. Display is really excellent although I neither use Netflix nor amazon prime.
4. For UI it's the best and no company can beat this(in this segment) . Even though hyper os and oxygen os(rebranded colour os😑) are smooth but the experience with this nothing os is entirely different and if you become use to you will never switch to any other os trust me
5. Battery backup is also excellent even though charging speeds are slow compare to competition but this can be full charged in 1 hour and that's enough for me (although I mostly charge at night)
Conclusion : After using nothing phones for 1 and half year I can say these phones improve with time 😊💖

Let me give you an insight as a Nothing phone 2a user -
After many days I got a good phone after Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, the nothing phone 2a. Its a pretty good phone, it feels good to have it.
And I know many people are thinking that oneplus nord ce 4 is better, yes it is, specification wise yes .
But the very thing that matters is that
"If Nothing phone 2a would not have had launched I would never have bought Oneplus Nord ce 4 by spending 25k.
Comparing it with nothing might pose it as a "better" again not entirely but I never think i would have purchased it solely if the former wasn't there.
I was always looking for an overall good display and decent performance but stock android phone. Nothing phone 1 came from 27k to 26k but I thought it would probably never come to 22k. Same with moto edge 40 neo.
Tell me, almost all the phones below this have SD 695. moto g34 at 11k also and moto g84 at 18k also!! It seems that 7k is extra just an amoled panel. Still updates and camera's get below average . Oneplus nord ce 3 lite also has 695. Nord ce 3 was never a very powerful phone either (and that flash lol in that series ) so when nothing came, I knew charger would be a separate purchase, I knew this is not a phone in which I would apply all sorts of card discounts and get it at 19- 20 k I thought that if it will be till 23k then also I will take it, and here it is.
25999 price (256 gb ) + 2k charger - 1250 Rs. coupon discount - Rs 2500. phone exchange( including the exchange bonus) (that exchanged phone was redmi 5a literally sad haalat ho gayi thi uski ) is almost 24249 , for the 256 gb variant is not a bad deal.
The phone is beautiful. It has a character. Its video camera is beautiful beautiful awesome. Ever try using gcam for photos I love it.
I can never feel a skinned phone as my own phone. nothing os is a skin yes, but it enhances, not tries to just over change just to make it different. I adore this device and it gets everything done.

I use it though. The photos from the camera might be a hit and miss but the video is ethereally beautiful. The phone is not a value for money phone though, that means there is a premium associated with it. If for you the pricing makes sense, purchase it for surity. These reviewers kinda begin to overstretch on stuff. Its a nice phone! I love it.

I am one of the users who purchased the Nothing Phone 2a on the first day of sale!
The phone is amazing no such major issues. As mentioned by Rakesh, the UI feels laggy sometimes after some heavy work performed on the device for example, after recording some video continuously for 2 to 3 hrs, after playing games for 40,50 mins, etc. Charging speed is good not the best cause if the phone is connected to the charger while using it then you will experience the worst charging speed, but if charged unused it is good. Cameras are decent, should not expect any extraordinary pics from them. Talking about software its awesome and is improving with updates.
And yes Glyphs do matter if you want some attention!!

I am using nothing 45w PD charger and it charges in just 1 hour that is good for me ..
I have noticed it charges the phone from 15% to 60% in just 15-20 min respect to the climate condition that looks really good.

Pretty sure nothing phone 2a cannot get HDR on Netflix. Netflix has made it so that only if you have the app preinstalled on your software you can have HDR support. So there is no point in asking nothing for this change because it all depends on Netflix, which is pretty sad.

I am using the nothing phone 2a for the last couple of weeks. Mentioning some of my thoughts,
Cons :
1. Auto Brightness doesn't work properly, most of the time I have to increase the brightness level to see things properly and it's very annoying.
2. The network reception doesn't always work as expected. Sometimes there is no network but the data and wifi is showing as working.
3. Gallery app should be there.
4. Sometimes laginess is there
5. The size of the phone
6. Charging takes a lot of time, I use a 30 watt charger
Pros:
1. Software. It's really nice and one of reason to buy this phone 📱.
2. Haptics above average.
3. Simmetrical bezel 🤌
4. Display quality is good according to price.
Overall a decent phone, I will pick it up for the software and display, but the auto Brightness issue must be fixed, that really annoys me.
What about Camera and heating issues(if any)?

This is my secondary device from the initial time, so I didn't use the camera that much plus never felt the heating issue. Considering the cheapest use, the device should heat a moderate amount.

Instead of 30 watt charger use a 25 watt charger it will charger more faster. I to used the 30 watt charger at first the charging took 2 hrs. But know I shifted to samsung 25 watt charger and it shows rapid charging and charges in approx 50 minutes to 1 hr

My honest review after one month of usage of phone 2a and I sold it after a month, I am an average phone user, attending calls, scrolling social medias, some photos here and there, etc Battery power, display, speakers, performance, software is clean, most of the features of a mobile phone is top notch.... cons: Modes and routines, very minimal customisation for lockscreen and home screen, gallery app is a must as google photos sucks, never used glyph interface for anything, black and white software becomes boring after a while, weather app is so dull, battery charging duration was erratic, cameras aren't very great in low lighting as processing is slow and video recording function isn't very smooth, the transition from one scene to another looks very robotic but still I miss this phone, one of the best phone under that price range, I was a samsung s22+ user and my mistake was to compare 2a with s22+ and ended up selling it after a month.
