DZP gotta be the strongest tier 8 cruiser right now imo. It’s a ship that can bomb bbs and hunt dds down. If a heavy cruiser chases it oh well let me just go stealth. With my build the stealth is at around 6.68 km detection. It’s just insanely powerful. It was a insta buy when it came back in a bundle because it was like 50 bucks. It’s like Smolensk when it came back for like 60 bucks just a steal for a damn good ship.
Erich loewenhardt is a great to buy, I have seen lot of CV mains saying Erich should be a t7 carrier not t6. That ship singlehandedly made t6 ranked toxic and unplayable.
Agree with you this ship is by far the strongest of its tier and for me the best in the game overall. It’s super good at everything, good carrier, good cruiser and can beat every other type of ships
De Grasse is great. Mine goes 39.4kts without commander skill. It shreds DDs, keeps BBs lit and has basically Henri torps. 67% win rate and 31% MVP and I suck. So much fun.
Blk Hipper is a niche ship, surprisingly good HE spammer over the main line. Blk Bayern only issue is speed, it’s really strong at the tier probably a niche ship. Black Iron Duke is just meh. Rather have the rapid reload of the tech line. Alabama and Mighty Mo vs Blk Iowa and Blk NC goes to the classic RR vs PA debate. Think all are in the good category. Canarias….. almost would argue playable since it has nice guns. Mysore is a much better AP cruiser with the RR and better guns…… Erich Lowenhardt, I’d say great buy but I could live with good.
Dam no love for Flandre. But talked up champange. I feel flandre is the better French BB ship. Arizona has been power crept, if u want precise aim go BLK New Mexico.

Florida with normal commander is 2nd best T7 BB, second to Poltava. Florida with Dewey is no1, no matter what commander is on a Poltava.

Flandre just super solid and nothing really amazing in my opinion. Champagne might just be more my playstyle
