"Everyone you think is evil - they will die. So it's okay." Probably the best explanation as to why we shouldn't waste our time on eliminating evil and instead focus on strengthening the good. Like, we all die. So instead of eliminating the bad, try to strengthen the good.
I hope you’ll be able to focus on strengthening the good while your home gets robbed on a daily by a bunch of bandits living down the road. After all, those bandits will eventually die and so that will end their own evil, but of course that would be long after they’ve robbed you blind and perhaps snuffed out your entire family. Or perhaps you may wish to notice that humanity has made great steps over time by evolving laws (however imperfect) that punish evil and secure society and that we no longer have certain types of lawlessness or savagery in most parts of the world and have been able to abolish (even though not totally extinguish) such evils as slavery and are making progress dealing with female trafficking and child exploitation. I mean if Martin L King had not focused on social justice, just because it would seem egoistic, I’m sure we would have been waiting for the Jim Crow racists and their descendants to all die off in the 31st century before we can talk about some justice for other races including the indigenous Americans living under the current oppression of the land thieves who wish to conveniently ignore social injustices.

I have mentioned this many times to my family, they think I am bat s**t cra*y , not everyone is open to these concepts, for many reasons, so yes you can definitely feel lonely when you think differently, and many people are on an Ego trip, they are not interested in any other type of experience or existence 🤭
The hardest part was changing my diet. Ever since I changed my diet to fresh organic products and stopped eating red meats my life change. I meditate almost every day. I drink distilled water, watch tv no more, im around nature every time I can. Enjoy laughing. Love to everyone ❤️

Your dad's spirit is still around ...I urge you to find the courage within you (because you have it) to be alone in a spot familiar or meaningful to you and your dad and express to him, with intention and feeling, your forgiveness and love for him. I think what she meant was regarding what Matias was speaking about, everyone wants to get to the next dimension (5D) & if you accept being in 3D in all ways, you will be free to create in the present what you would like to see in the future. Remember when he spoke of changing the world by teaching children 7 & under to ask questions on how to do things better rather than impose our belief systems (including Buddhism) on them? This is because a person's personality is formed by age 7. He said don't bother with attempting to get rid of the current evil, just create a new future by the way we raise the next generation. It turns out the child is brilliant, she literally tested out of the 5th grade by the 2nd grade, with no extra help at home, & was put in gifted & talented at the next school she attended. She could create anything & solve who knows how many issues, she was only 5 when she told me this!! And children are creative by nature if allowed to express themselves, I've worked with thousands of kids of all ages in my life, they are the future! Having no desire is a recipe for disaster, it's everyone giving up 100%, she meant once you accept the density of 3D, you can create from that space. Even if she was completely off topic & referring to Buddhism, who cares? We need new thoughts, not old outdated concepts, have you heard him explain how religions came into existence? Much Love
Of all the interviews and podcasts I've seen with Matias (and I've seen a lot so far) I think this one was my favorite. The information he gave about spending our energy on children and allowing them the tools to heal and be our brighter future really struct home for me. I have been struggling a lot as a mother (I have two boys, 3 and 2) trying to find the balance between literally keeping them safe and allowing them to flourish as their own unique individuals. I'm often angry at them and can't seem to figure out how to let that shit go. But I liked how he explained why you should try to ask them more questions about what they think rather than telling them certain things are bad. Let them come to their own conclusions. I will try to incorporate this more into our daily life. Thanks Matias and Emily 😊 your work really is helping people a lot.
I’ve listened to this now on 3 separate occasions and each time I learn or understand something new. I feel a certain freedom in knowing that what Matías is talking about is absolutely true. Unfortunately when I attempt to explain what I’ve started to understand about this I haven’t been able to without people looking at me like I grew another head. Knowing however that these truths are being activated in people all over the world every day is heartening. yeah I feel you , Ive been consuming this type of content for 3 yrs now, Whenever I talk about the soul and the spirit and that time is very relative, everything is now , past present future, thats why people can tap into past and future selves, my body at this moment is just a tip of a branch dipping into physical reality that has chosen to forget what I am to experience new perspectives, when I die the little tip of the branch re-emerge into spiritual reality and I will remember everything again, theres just so much information.. Well people shake their head and call me crazy ding dong. However I do get a smile. its lonely tho , the only people I can interact with on such things are names on a computer screen , nobody around me has time or is interested enough to take a dive into this type of material with an open mind. There are no bad experiences only preferred experiences however even this is an illusion of the mind if you brainwash or hypnotize yourself into wanting or enjoying every role and experience(view it like many quest lines in an rpg video game) then you will never have a bad experience or "suffer". It all ties back to childhood, culture and peer pressure, people are taught that they should interpret certain situations as unenjoyable and interpret the actions or games of others as "wrong" and then they are told they should be traumatized, sad, mad or hurt and so they(in the back if their mind) think it is expected of them to feel a certain way and react to certain things in a certain manner and so they act accordingly they act so well even they believe it. Emotions, likes and dislikes are illusions and tools designed to help us play seriously or be good actors in plays we live. I am glad Matías talks about duality specially in times where a group of people that want to keep control of the masses by trying to erase history and creating caos and division among them by blaming the past and our ancestors for the “mistakes”we were part of the it in the first place in our past lives.. If people would remember their past lives victimization will look embarrassing because everyone will realized that there are not victims in this world just old souls paying old debts and learning from our own mistakes.. People are so attach to their race, culture, values and believes that is hard for them to see that our reality is greater than being white, black Asian Latino. Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Muslim etc.. I have listened to so many profound awakened beings, Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Bruce Lipton, Dr. Gabor Mate, Dr. Gundry and many more and as a collective whole I believe I am receiving the same message that Matias is trying to portray. I believe they all have the same profound knowledge but from a different perspective and having listened to all of them, Matias has brought all the perspectives together. Great interview. One thing (of many) I found interesting he said was to use the ego as a tool in your development. So many other spiritual teachers I've heard say you must get rid of the ego. I never thought that was right. You should understand it better or transform yes, but I don't think you should delete any part of your being. This man is very wise!

Just curious so I want to ask you, same here as far as I just came as cross this guy! Did you feel like all that he spoke of, enlightened you to what you somehow already knew deep down, but it wasn’t a ‘thinking’ or a feeling……. it was a knowing, as if you already had the knowledge, or at least a moderate amount of what he explains, but it opened up a gateway of something vibrational, exciting like a ‘going home’ feeling! I felt something like I was opening up like a flower bud does. It felt so absolutely correct to hear this exceptional human being explain and expand on so many levels. I will watch more of him.

One of the younger generation who explains what the older ones have been saying -- it's enlightening and just amazing how he (and they) know all this. He gave easy to understand examples like water (solid, liquid, gas) in relation to body, soul, spirit ; Santa, trees/branches, duality, evilness, among others.
So down to earth! I feel really happy about what this younger generation is discussing and teaching spiritually. This describes my mission in life. Bringing our selves into this reality. Maybe a lit of us millenials have come into this life so easily accessing other dimensions but becoming aware thst it is hrre that we need to learn to be. I feel like the 60s/70s was a time of releasing from the 3rd dimension to open up to the others but now we come here to bring ourselves back from that trip. Maybe my children will feel differently, but I think grounding into this reality is the most meaningful experience possible in this life. But we can no longer be here unconsciously allowing external forces to direct how we live. Now is time to drive this world forward with full realization of who we really are fully. It is a good time to be alive.

Since a child, I've always loved the night sky with all the twinkling stars. Now older, I feel most at peace with the stars. I saw Matias in Gaia and I resonated with what he says about dimensions...like I've always known it but I couldn't put it into words even though I can be facile with language. There are memories within us and perhaps that's where the "I just know" feeling comes from. I’ll answer the last question (in part) for him. We are incarnated many times, on different planes of existence, until we finally learn how to live with unconditional love ❤️ and between lives we reflect on our previous life (working up through different levels of physical realms) along with other souls and work out our next project/life with our guides along with the souls who will participate along with us. Once we reach total love ❤️ vibration, we will move up vibrationally to the ultimate place, the source.

I’d love to speak with you because I accidentally awakened when I starting studying math after I retired . Finding out thought travels faster than light led me to a thought experiment that was mind boggling in the result I got instantly and I was left with a gift , I guess, of light in my eyes that communicate with me delivered from a cold violet fire that lit at my lips. Have you ever seen this? At night I can see the entire world in this violet light like a aspherical fire. That was just the beginning of my past 7 years. I have stories that cause people to hurt me and call me crazy. Trust that waking up isn’t easy by any means. What’s amazing when spoken to ordinary people make them angry. However. The seed is planted and one eve in there bed a miracle will happen , or in a field, or walking down a hallway, mowing a lawn, looking at a tree, maybe it’s worth the pain this joy brings.
Dimension = Perspective Eg. 3 different dimensions of layers put together (height width depth/length) would make it the 3rd dimension. The higher dimensions is just adding layers upon. It's not about going to a "place" - it's about the expansion of perception from where you are (eg. You've always known how your friends are like but you only really know how your family is like cause you grew up and live with them - but the moment you move out and live with your friends instead - suddenly you get to know who your friends really are behind closed doors - your perception of who you know them to be then becomes expanded upon. Same thing with moving from one dimension to another - it's all about opening up our perception to another layer, getting to know things better/more and experience those things too) In order to understand the other dimensions... one first has to BE in PERFECT BALANCE while in the 3rd Dimension. (Eg. Tryna solve the problems of others when one hasn't yet solved their own issues within themselves and their family - we cannot help or understand others when we have yet to understand ourselves and those closest to us) In order to open up ourselves to the other dimensions - we must first be fully present, fully understand and enjoy living in the 3D (we are not trapped in this reality, we only believe to be so cause we seek to escape from this dimension) 3rd Dimension - gotta learn how to live and enjoy ourselves in this dimension first! SPACE. 4th Dimension - relative to Time. Gotta heal our past, present and future - so that we are in perfect balance within the 3rd, 4th & 5th Dimension. 5th dimension - is to live and enjoy ourselves fully as an energetic being. Creating heaven on earth. Everything is Clear (full clarity), the light turns on within oneself. You understand everything. You're just realizing that all the experiences that was forming You (who you will come to be) in the 4D through Time, and in the 3D through Space is what will bring you to full self realization of who you are and what the universe is all about. Both together is what will bring us to the 5D - we have lots of innerwork to do before we reach here. Now Focus On: Who We Really Are. Understand our History. Our Biology. Understand all the paths humanity has taken in history. Understand our own family line patterns of unconscious conditioning. And finally understand that there was never a "good" or "bad" - it was simply people tryna navigate and try to see if there were better ways to go about living life, being human. All tryna figure things out in their own level of consciousness. Unconditional Love means NOT TO LOVE BUT TO ACCEPT EVERY SINGLE PROCESS we have been through, that others have been through. Being at Ease & Peace with our Past & Paths taken. After that, we can Focus on the Skills we have Right Now. Instead of being preoccupied with tryna or wanna be like those Masters or Gurus living in the 5D - we can Focus on understanding our potential that we have as a person. Facing our fears, understanding what are our capabilities in giving and receiving, understanding who we are on various levels of the psyche FIRST! The Future is only Created through the Actions & Decisions of The Present. There are many possibilities to where our future can lead us towards. However the future can only match us to our current vibrational frequency depending on where we are at NOW. Hence, if we don't reach that vibrational frequency match of the kind of future that we want at this CURRENT MOMENT - then that which we want will elude us. It's not about expecting what will come to us, it's about preparing ourselves in the present. Advise for everyone from Mattias: Look into the Mirror and see if you Feel Full, Complete, Whole. If you try to escape Duality, you wouldn't EXIST NO MORE! Cause EVERYTHING that YOU ARE - everything that you Created - is ALL through DUALITY. Duality is Creation Itself. There is no "good" or "bad" - the negatives and positives are like a magnet that requires both different ends to be able to be useful. Like how the Earth requires both the North and South Pole to be able to Rotate itself. Both ends are needed - simply. We are the product of constant duality. Both the feminine and masculine cell is needed for us to be created. The concept of "good" and "bad" is not a polarity. It is a judgement, a label that was useful in our past for the evolution of the human consciousness. To Understand what can kill us, and what can help us keep living - survival mode (we are no longer in that phase of evolution) hence this concept can be thrown away ~ Every "bad" person we meet is not actually "bad" - they are simply a wounded child - a child that didn't receive the proper care and love a child should've growing up - a child that didn't feel heard or seen or had their needs met in a healthy way - a child masquerading as an adult - a child that was bullied and looked down upon by society - a child that doesn't know how to handle their own issues - a child that was neglected or abused - that is all they knew to be their reality (and still do unless they've healed) there are no "bad" people - only what we project/perceive them to be in our limited awareness of the Self. (They've simply temporarily been distorted from their own realities is all) We must learn to move within this duality in balance - to embrace and integrate all fragmented parts (all wounded parts) of ourselves. *To evolve the consciousness of humanity - what we can do is to stop fighting with what is deemed "negative" or "wrong" and instead put our focus and attention on the education of the first 7 years of what it means to be Human. How it is to feel. How to relate with others. How to understand ourselves. How to have a relationship with ourselves and our emotions. How to validate and love / nurture ourselves. That's the most important. Educating our future generations so that Ease and Peace can eventually become a reality for Humans in the collective. Hence, if we put all of our energy into giving these kids the opportunity and possibility to heal themselves from all the past concepts - always give questions and for them to find new ways , find their own answers - empower these children by letting them know the total truth (not tryna hide anything) - will be the complete transformation of human consciousness from the 3D to the 4D - don't tell them what's "good" or "bad" - children are naturally highly creative - don't condition or limit them in any way* Goal of being human - is to be authentic and in alignment with who we truly are and the world/universe at large. I think what she meant was regarding what Matias was speaking about, everyone wants to get to the next dimension (5D) & if you accept being in 3D in all ways, you will be free to create in the present what you would like to see in the future. Remember when he spoke of changing the world by teaching children 7 & under to ask questions on how to do things better rather than impose our belief systems (including Buddhism) on them? This is because a person's personality is formed by age 7. He said don't bother with attempting to get rid of the current evil, just create a new future by the way we raise the next generation. It turns out the child is brilliant, she literally tested out of the 5th grade by the 2nd grade, with no extra help at home, & was put in gifted & talented at the next school she attended. She could create anything & solve who knows how many issues, she was only 5 when she told me this!! And children are creative by nature if allowed to express themselves, I've worked with thousands of kids of all ages in my life, they are the future!

Of all the interviews and podcasts I've seen with Matias (and I've seen a lot so far) I think this one was my favorite. The information he gave about spending our energy on children and allowing them the tools to heal and be our brighter future really struct home for me. I have been struggling a lot as a mother (I have two boys, 3 and 2) trying to find the balance between literally keeping them safe and allowing them to flourish as their own unique individuals. I'm often angry at them and can't seem to figure out how to let that shit go. But I liked how he explained why you should try to ask them more questions about what they think rather than telling them certain things are bad. Let them come to their own conclusions. I will try to incorporate this more into our daily life. Thanks Matias and Emily 😊 your work really is helping people a lot.
I’ve listened to this now on 3 separate occasions and each time I learn or understand something new. I feel a certain freedom in knowing that what Matías is talking about is absolutely true. Unfortunately when I attempt to explain what I’ve started to understand about this I haven’t been able to without people looking at me like I grew another head. yeah I feel you , Ive been consuming this type of content for 3 yrs now, Whenever I talk about the soul and the spirit and that time is very relative, everything is now , past present future, thats why people can tap into past and future selves, my body at this moment is just a tip of a branch dipping into physical reality that has chosen to forget what I am to experience new perspectives, when I die the little tip of the branch re-emerge into spiritual reality and I will remember everything again, theres just so much information.. Well people shake their head and call me crazy ding dong. There are no bad experiences only preferred experiences however even this is an illusion of the mind if you brainwash or hypnotize yourself into wanting or enjoying every role and experience(view it like many quest lines in an rpg video game) then you will never have a bad experience or "suffer". It all ties back to childhood, culture and peer pressure, people are taught that they should interpret certain situations as unenjoyable and interpret the actions or games of others as "wrong" and then they are told they should be traumatized, sad, mad or hurt and so they(in the back if their mind) think it is expected of them to feel a certain way and react to certain things in a certain manner and so they act accordingly they act so well even they believe it. Emotions, likes and dislikes are illusions and tools designed to help us play seriously or be good actors in plays we live. I believe they all have the same profound knowledge but from a different perspective and having listened to all of them, Matias has brought all the perspectives together. The breathing technique makes perfect sense to me, cos as I started meditating I always find it working for me if I use only my nose, and when I use my mouth I lose control 🕯🕯🕯

Great interview. One thing (of many) I found interesting he said was to use the ego as a tool in your development. So many other spiritual teachers I've heard say you must get rid of the ego. I never thought that was right. You should understand it better or transform yes, but I don't think you should delete any part of your being. This man is very wise!

Did you feel like all that he spoke of, enlightened you to what you somehow already knew deep down, but it wasn’t a ‘thinking’ or a feeling……. it was a knowing, as if you already had the knowledge, or at least a moderate amount of what he explains, but it opened up a gateway of something vibrational, exciting like a ‘going home’ feeling! I felt something like I was opening up like a flower bud does. It felt so absolutely correct to hear this exceptional human being explain and expand on so many levels. I will watch more of him.

One of the younger generation who explains what the older ones have been saying -- it's enlightening and just amazing how he (and they) know all this. He gave easy to understand examples like water (solid, liquid, gas) in relation to body, soul, spirit ; Santa, trees/branches, duality, evilness, among others.
I am so grateful I lived long enough to hear the explanations for what my life experiences have been and who I am today.
So down to earth! I feel really happy about what this younger generation is discussing and teaching spiritually. This describes my mission in life. Bringing our selves into this reality. Maybe a lit of us millenials have come into this life so easily accessing other dimensions but becoming aware thst it is hrre that we need to learn to be. I feel like the 60s/70s was a time of releasing from the 3rd dimension to open up to the others but now we come here to bring ourselves back from that trip. Maybe my children will feel differently, but I think grounding into this reality is the most meaningful experience possible in this life. But we can no longer be here unconsciously allowing external forces to direct how we live. Now is time to drive this world forward with full realization of who we really are fully. It is a good time to be alive.

Since a child, I've always loved the night sky with all the twinkling stars. Now older, I feel most at peace with the stars. I saw Matias in Gaia and I resonated with what he says about dimensions...like I've always known it but I couldn't put it into words even though I can be facile with language. There are memories within us and perhaps that's where the "I just know" feeling comes from. Anyhow, thank you so much for the interview... it's almost an hour long but I listened all throughout. ♥️ I also love what he said about "we are creators of (3d) reality" and that multiple futures are happening right now. With all the messiness of the world, that future of "oneness" with the rest of humanity is not impossible. And we start by eating well, breathing well, and finding our joy...♥️

I’ll answer the last question (in part) for him. We are incarnated many times, on different planes of existence, until we finally learn how to live with unconditional love ❤️ and between lives we reflect on our previous life (working up through different levels of physical realms) along with other souls and work out our next project/life with our guides along with the souls who will participate along with us. Once we reach total love ❤️ vibration, we will move up vibrationally to the ultimate place, the source.
...and most importantly, it is all by our choosing 🙏

I’d love to speak with you because I accidentally awakened when I starting studying math after I retired . Finding out thought travels faster than light led me to a thought experiment that was mind boggling in the result I got instantly and I was left with a gift , I guess, of light in my eyes that communicate with me delivered from a cold violet fire that lit at my lips. Have you ever seen this? At night I can see the entire world in this violet light like a aspherical fire. That was just the beginning of my past 7 years. I have stories that cause people to hurt me and call me crazy. Trust that waking up isn’t easy by any means. What’s amazing when spoken to ordinary people make them angry. However.
The seed is planted and one eve in there bed a miracle will happen , or in a field, or walking down a hallway, mowing a lawn, looking at a tree, maybe it’s worth the pain this joy brings.
Dimension = Perspective
Eg. 3 different dimensions of layers put together (height width depth/length) would make it the 3rd dimension. The higher dimensions is just adding layers upon. It's not about going to a "place" - it's about the expansion of perception from where you are (eg. You've always known how your friends are like but you only really know how your family is like cause you grew up and live with them - but the moment you move out and live with your friends instead - suddenly you get to know who your friends really are behind closed doors - your perception of who you know them to be then becomes expanded upon. Same thing with moving from one dimension to another - it's all about opening up our perception to another layer, getting to know things better/more and experience those things too)
In order to understand the other dimensions... one first has to BE in PERFECT BALANCE while in the 3rd Dimension. (Eg. Tryna solve the problems of others when one hasn't yet solved their own issues within themselves and their family - we cannot help or understand others when we have yet to understand ourselves and those closest to us)
In order to open up ourselves to the other dimensions - we must first be fully present, fully understand and enjoy living in the 3D (we are not trapped in this reality, we only believe to be so cause we seek to escape from this dimension)
3rd Dimension - gotta learn how to live and enjoy ourselves in this dimension first! SPACE.
4th Dimension - relative to Time. Gotta heal our past, present and future - so that we are in perfect balance within the 3rd, 4th & 5th Dimension.
5th dimension - is to live and enjoy ourselves fully as an energetic being. Creating heaven on earth. Everything is Clear (full clarity), the light turns on within oneself. You understand everything. You're just realizing that all the experiences that was forming You (who you will come to be) in the 4D through Time, and in the 3D through Space is what will bring you to full self realization of who you are and what the universe is all about. Both together is what will bring us to the 5D - we have lots of innerwork to do before we reach here.
Now Focus On: Who We Really Are.
Understand our History. Our Biology. Understand all the paths humanity has taken in history. Understand our own family line patterns of unconscious conditioning. And finally understand that there was never a "good" or "bad" - it was simply people tryna navigate and try to see if there were better ways to go about living life, being human. All tryna figure things out in their own level of consciousness.
Unconditional Love means NOT TO LOVE BUT TO ACCEPT EVERY SINGLE PROCESS we have been through, that others have been through. Being at Ease & Peace with our Past & Paths taken. After that, we can Focus on the Skills we have Right Now. Instead of being preoccupied with tryna or wanna be like those Masters or Gurus living in the 5D - we can Focus on understanding our potential that we have as a person. Facing our fears, understanding what are our capabilities in giving and receiving, understanding who we are on various levels of the psyche FIRST!
The Future is only Created through the Actions & Decisions of The Present.
There are many possibilities to where our future can lead us towards. However the future can only match us to our current vibrational frequency depending on where we are at NOW. Hence, if we don't reach that vibrational frequency match of the kind of future that we want at this CURRENT MOMENT - then that which we want will elude us. It's not about expecting what will come to us, it's about preparing ourselves in the present.
Advise for everyone from Mattias: Look into the Mirror and see if you Feel Full, Complete, Whole.
If you try to escape Duality, you wouldn't EXIST NO MORE! Cause EVERYTHING that YOU ARE - everything that you Created - is ALL through DUALITY.
Duality is Creation Itself. There is no "good" or "bad" - the negatives and positives are like a magnet that requires both different ends to be able to be useful. Like how the Earth requires both the North and South Pole to be able to Rotate itself. Both ends are needed - simply.
We are the product of constant duality. Both the feminine and masculine cell is needed for us to be created.
The concept of "good" and "bad" is not a polarity. It is a judgement, a label that was useful in our past for the evolution of the human consciousness. To Understand what can kill us, and what can help us keep living - survival mode (we are no longer in that phase of evolution) hence this concept can be thrown away ~
Every "bad" person we meet is not actually "bad" - they are simply a wounded child - a child that didn't receive the proper care and love a child should've growing up - a child that didn't feel heard or seen or had their needs met in a healthy way - a child masquerading as an adult - a child that was bullied and looked down upon by society - a child that doesn't know how to handle their own issues - a child that was neglected or abused - that is all they knew to be their reality (and still do unless they've healed) there are no "bad" people - only what we project/perceive them to be in our limited awareness of the Self.
(They've simply temporarily been distorted from their own realities is all) We must learn to move within this duality in balance - to embrace and integrate all fragmented parts (all wounded parts) of ourselves.
*To evolve the consciousness of humanity - what we can do is to stop fighting with what is deemed "negative" or "wrong" and instead put our focus and attention on the education of the first 7 years of what it means to be Human. How it is to feel. How to relate with others. How to understand ourselves. How to have a relationship with ourselves and our emotions. How to validate and love / nurture ourselves. That's the most important. Educating our future generations so that Ease and Peace can eventually become a reality for Humans in the collective.
Hence, if we put all of our energy into giving these kids the opportunity and possibility to heal themselves from all the past concepts - always give questions and for them to find new ways , find their own answers - empower these children by letting them know the total truth (not tryna hide anything) - will be the complete transformation of human consciousness from the 3D to the 4D - don't tell them what's "good" or "bad" - children are naturally highly creative - don't condition or limit them in any way*
Goal of being human - is to be authentic and in alignment with who we truly are and the world/universe at large. (Coherence in soul, mind, body - what you feel, what you think, what you do) All 3 (psyche, spirit & body) in alignment is what makes up the Being - they cannot be divided (we are to integrate them into one again)

Wow, he struck a cord in me when he was talking about water / our perceptions we have. And the different things in us... Our body, soul and spirit. How we relate, do and experiences in our life we resist because of it. This video was a big message to me and my insides cried. Because this was the missing piece I needed.
