The animation for lightshow is a bit weird. It's like they tried to repurpose Reno from Saviors' animation but had to pace it differently. It always seems to fire a few beams almost simultaneously and then the last one or two just lag behind.
I think it’s the treasure from the saviors solo adventure that is also renos cannon

I play x2 Magister apprentice and vexalus since most of your spells are arcane, they fit very well lowering your curve and let you do some nice burst damage
A nagaling might be inconsistent, but I feel it might be a solid addition to the deck.

I figured Finley might be a nice addition because I had some games where I didn’t draw the key cards. However when the Aegwynn buff lands on Finley it’s really not great.

Because your hand can get really full easily I think audio amplifier would make a great addition

I've faced a couple casino versions of this deck with less focus on tempo, and more on energy shaper and hand renewal + alibi spam. It can really go deep into late game in that style
yup faced them alot when going throu high diamond, i won all, the deck is not good
@@tupacshakur5868 The allure of the deck is less for the winrate and more for the "Look how stupid my Rommath turn is" for those who choose to build it that way, haha
This deck simply excels at nothing. You have so few anti-aggro tools that you lose to anything with tempo. And Rommath rarely beats out most other decks as a late game win con. For example the new Druid legendary is way more powerful and requires less setup.
This deck is purely for fun and not very viable IMO. I’d be surprised if you could sustain a >50% win rate in legend.
The casino versions you faced are probably the discover-heavy version Chump said he didn’t like.
@@SeventhSolar the issue with Mage is you HAVE to play minions to fight for board because the class has virtually 0 early game removal.

perhaps kelthuzad with all the skele summons might be good? especially if your lightshows are on the bottom
Exactly what I was thinking. Summoning so many volatile skeletons (considering you can cast many copies of cold case as well) and it feels like a secondary win condition to me.
I love Lightshow and I really want to play it, but this expansion I opened the two Mage legendaries and they don't fit the deck at all + I'm too lazy to get the dust for Rommath and Fizzle 😢
The 2 new legendaries fit well with this deck. You can discover lightshow and you can play manastorm to setup combo with the arcane spell legendary
Fizzle is really replaceable
You can play the naga version it’s quite cheap with only needing 2 epics

Based on the fact that Rommath didn't add anything to hand when he cast snapshot, I doubt it.

i havent won once with mage all expansion. tried like 5 different decks
did 5 light shows by turn 6, then died.

No clue how good Lightshow will be, but it's my least favorite kind of card. Just do the same shit over and over all game without regard for timing or efficiency and eventually the opponent just dies.
This deck is absolutely awful, I only crafted Volume Up for it and I regret it. Unless you've got tons of dust I wouldn't recommend crafting anything for it.
