It isn't working because it gets dat from the players that use this hack to "walk" around their town. Look at 3:30 at the bottom of the screen there's an option called "Share Pokemon Data". Try to move your Go Radar to Central Park and you'll see it's working there because of the spoofers who go there for all the pokemon and pokestops. Hope this helps.
To get unsoftbanned, you walk to the pokestop.. spin it nothing will happen because your soft banned and now what you do is you spin the circle leave the pokestop and you repeat this 40x times and I actually promise this works and I understand it sounds very like a troll, please get this to one of the top comments so itwe4z can see it!!

Abryx I'm guessing it's my phone's GPS - but I couldn't get any of those GPS to cooperate with the app. It would show where I wanted it to be, but then the app would say, "Failed to detect location," and, "GPS not detected." But I found a different way that works - at least for now.
