Yesterday I was feeling guilty & cried thinking about something which happened unintentionally 4 years back.
At times I get very upset, thinking about same that I was very selfish how could I do this to someone & I used to carry a fear in my heart that what if same thing happens to me in this lifetime.
I was talking to God that God you know this I would've never done that intentionally, please forgive me. I was asking forgiveness from God & that soul & today this video came on my timeline at perfect time.

Meditation is not about repeating postive thoughts or negative thoughts, meditation is about seeing your thoughts as an awareness so that it releases all kind of thoughts and you see yourself as an energy or awareness. What you are talking about is positive affirmations which for a negative person will balance thoughts and for many people will super impose certain positive thoughts and deep down they will remain same and at the surface they will think that they are becoming religious.

I am in v much pain since last few years I am blaming myself for the things I did. Like you said I don't know how could I do something like that with someone I am not that person. My whole belief system collapsed. My battery kept draining and draining. Everything was out of my control. But now I understand how to deal with that problem. I know it wasn't entirely me. It was a past karmic account which came into this life and because of that I did what I did which was beyond my comprehension. I ask for forgiveness I forgive those souls amd I bless those souls I am free and they are free. We all are connected through love.

We repeatedly do
Mistake means my soul power got depleted
By thinking many times.
Just like creating pure thoughts visualize
It will come into pictures in my daily routine.
Found myself different
Radiating love
I have become love.
Each time my mistake relieves rewind
That time not able to love myself.
Chances of repeated my mistake memory will decrease my soul power
Hamara khud k sath rishta hill gya
Khud k sath nhi baithte khud s pyari meethi bate nhi kerte.
If we don't forgive myself for one mistake
Khud s sulah kerna h pyar kerna h
We wouldn't be able to forgive others
Forgiveness is habbit
Stop rewriting rewinding my mistake.
I need to create a substitute thoughts.
For anything and everything for changing need to alter myself high vibrations thought
We need to talk to ourselves
It was a past karmic account
We always need to remember
Past karmic account comes anytime
Today when two souls come along with each other
Now we have the knowledge that I have to uplift from past karmic account
Everyday is not the same
Simple road rage is an example
Not decided karma.
After sometimes how did I do
Impossible
Why did it happen
Answer past karmic account
Here soul power much needed
And past karmic account comes
Chances of doing mistakes is higher
We wouldn't believe to my own self
Battery charged
Past karmic account got insulted but present karma should be so pleasant
Ander hi Ander.
Because of gyan and meditation I didn't react even though the past karmic account was so heavy.
All this come suddenly
But my response should be so positive.
Say to my self it was past karmic account
Over n finished
For mistake I need to create meditation
I don't have to cry anymore
I m a pure soul.
I m a powerful soul
I have done several good deeds
Baba is with me
I follow God's directions while thinking speaking doing.
Forcefully create the thought high vibration thoughts.
I m powerful divine soul
I m child baba
My every thought words and actions are by God's directions.
