Thank you so very much ,because I have been extremely troubled over my adult child who has been abusive in very extreme ways to me and I have tried to dea with the trauma from this for years ,I have known and have tried to be forgiving ,loving and tolerant , I value feeling loving and compassionate it is a joyfull feeling and yet I have never been able to sustain it ,but until I see it this way it seems a weight has been lifted and I will practice this wonderfull knowledge for the rest of my life .
