The shoutout to Kaiser Neko at 0:33 could also be a reference to Christopher Sabet with the character in the beret btw, which I find more likely. Also, Saitama on the right at 3:02 in the stands.
The one that you pointed to as the creator is actually the main character of a web comic he made the guy with the birds on his head is supposed to be the creator.
Here are a few easter eggs for you that are actually reading the pinned comment, good job. Totally not because I had these notes and forgot to put them in the video. - Goku's Gi reads "Food", Implying that in this universe, he was never taught by Master Roshi, which makes sense since Vegeta ALSO knows the Kamehameha. - This is also further backed up by how Yamcha's Gi reads "Wolf" instead of "Turtle", which matches his Wolf Fang Style and again that Master Roshi isn't in this "universe" - Also Saitama Appears at 3:00, on the right side of the screen - Bulma's Jacket is from Episode 4 of Dragon Ball it's a recolor! - Also Forgot, when Goku transforms the sky reads 天 which means sky, or another word for "Heavens" - And in the fight sequence when Vegeta's beating on Broly, and the background goes red, its similar to the DBZ opening, SPARKING! When the Saiyan pods land on earth, the background explodes into red. Also many have pointed out that it's Chris Sabat at the start, not Kaiser. It does seem more like Chris than Kaiser but I'm not reuploading it so keep leaving the comments though i could use them xoxo
Amazing details you caught in this!! There’s one I thought might be one, correct me if I’m wrong, but Broly’s energy emanating from his chest here could be a reference to when he received that same scar with energy exploding out from when Goku punches him in the first movie.
I dont know about goku not being taught by Roshi. The Kamehameha is Roshi's original technique, and Vegeta also knows it. What i believed of the short, from the little they showed, is that in this reality: - The sayians defeated Frieza. The planet Vegeta was supposed to be destroyed with most sayians during Goku's and Vegeta's childhood, but is not. And in the present, they could possibly not be space conquerors. - Goku and Vegeta have meet each other on Earth before, and both have seen Master Roshi use the Kamehameha, or Vegeta had seen Goku or another human using it. However, Vegeta has not told Goku about his origins until the fight with Broly. - Goku and Krillin have been students of Roshi (given the design of their Gi is from the Turtle School), and at some moment, Goku decided to continue training on his own. Goku's Gi still uses the colours of the Turtle School, the only difference on his clothing been his pants. - The most fan service part, and little mistake, was Vegeta using his Final Flash. The technique was not invented until Vegeta had to fight Cell, meaning he invented it on the spot or tained it during his day on the time chamber. There is a precursor to the Final Flash, Vegeta's Final Crash, a move he used on Namek during DBZ - Sun Wukong transformation is a beautiful reference, and it could totally fit with how untrained sayians look when achieving SS for the first time or until they train themselves enough so the form doesn't take a toll on them. It looks like the ozaru transformation forced and stopped half way.
Also, two yamchas with different attires. I wonder if they forgot the desert thief in the beginning and maybe many months later, decided to add him again in the sequence.
It's almost as is Yamcha got "Yamcha'd" when Bulma caught Vegeta's Cape. He was in his normal desert thief outfit before but suddenly in same outfit he wore when he famously lost against the Saibamen.
A few more: - The "Ashes to the Wind" line might also be in referece to the Final Atonement where Vegeta (in Dub) says "I'm going to crush you and throw you into the wind." - The Ki Sword Vegeta used might be in reference to Vegito's spirit sword, which might be there to indicate further that in this timeline, Goku and Vegeta have known each other for some time. Hence the "Even you Kakarot" line, both men knowing the Kamehameha and Goku's annoyance at being called Kakarot. - I feel the Sun Wukong transformation wasn't only based in the Journey to the West story, but also from Vegeta's flashback on Namek when he spoke of the last Super Saiyan who destroyed himself with his own power as he imagined a half Oozaru, cloaked in darkness apart from his teeth and eyes and being surrounded by fire. This would also explain why Goku goes manic and scars himself when he transforms. It might also explain Broly's scar on his chest, although maybe King Vegeta just tried harder with the knife in this timeline lol - The Lightning Dragon that formed during the double Kamehameha might be a reference to Goku's Dragon Fist attack which usually shows a Golden Shenron blasting forward and either consuming or ripping through the target. This one may have been purple as a reference to Vegeta's Ki when he was evil.
I love how the clip of Krillin saying "Well his life's over" is added right after Broly breaks Chi Chi's arm, because it's accurate of what happens next lol
Wait was the reference in the video where it said "You got a problem against bald guys?" Edit: Oh! Nevermind I found him! He's sitting right by Yamcha!
The parting of the clouds at 4:44 also looks like the kanji for heaven (天), which makes sense because Goku in "Sun Wukong Form" is the Saviour From Heaven. Wish more ppl caught that.
I actually really like the idea of Goku having a Sun Wukong transformation, he was made after Sun Wukong after all. And this film had so much details, it’s definitely very good
2:23 The true reference of this attire is actually that of Strider Hiryu from the Metroidvania series Strider. The exact uniform. 3:12 "Bones to Dust, Ashes to the Wind" is actually a quote Majinn Vegetta says to Buu right before he explodes in his final atonement. The quote being "Im going to crush you, and throw you into the wind". 3:52 Vegeta gets knocked out of Super Saiyan quite a few times in the series, first by Android 18 when she beaks his arm, secondly by Perfect cell (twice), very nearly when he fights Goku in his Majinn form and by Kid Buu shortly before Goku kills him with the spirit bomb. 4:29 Vegeta also gets choked ALOT in original DBZ. First by Frieza shortly before he is killed, In the animated movie The Return of Cooler: Coolers Revenge, by Majinn Buu/Kid Buu a few times. I think he also gets choked a few times in Dragon Ball GT but I cant be sure. 5:12 The appearance of Goku is very similar to that of the first stages of the tailed beast transformation from Naruto. Most similar looking scenes would be that when Naruto fights Pain. There is also a Tailed Beast in the show called Son Goku (The 4 Tails). The creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto, cites Dragon Ball Z being a large inspiration when he first started the series. 5:37 Reference to the Family Kamehameha used to defeat Broly in the first movie, the initial members being, Goku, Gohan and Goten.
I cant stress enough how much it was bothering me on who that character was and nobody (least in the top comments) were pointing out who she was. I knew she looked familiar, thanks a lot
Okay here's an easter egg that went unnoticed, that's attached to one that was found: The Kamehameha that Goku and Vegeta has a hand right? Yeah? Well if you pay close attention the hand makes a fist right before the energy dragon mouth thing, effectively referencing the Dragon Fist, present in both GT and DBZ: Wrath of the Dragon
This is the best adaptation of dragon ball ever. I love the connections to Sun Wukong in the way the Sayins move, fight and transform. Well done, people who made this!
Forget Broly, this animation is truly legendary. It's just amazing and beautiful from the very start to the end. I could hear the "Find out on the next episode of Dragon Ball Z", once it was finished. Or maybe I just wanted there to be a next episode that much.
Oh my god that' what i forgot to put in the video LMFAO I had that in my notes and before rendering i was thinking something I forgot, but you're right there's Saitama! And forgot to mention that Yamcha actually appears TWICE in the video in his Classic outfit and Gi, which reads WOLF instead of TURTLE, like Goku's reading FOOD, so Master Roshi isn't in this universe!
@@Schpasmwastaken and also the Sun Wukong reference. He is also called the sage equal to heaven while Goku(Which means Wukong) is the saviour fromd heaven in this video. Great video tho!!
At 2:59, the girl all the way on the left is an artist's OC (I forgot their name), then there's Misato (I think) from Evangelion, and also Saitama is there too all the way on the right. The characters behind look familiar too from that Netflix furry show.
In case people don't know... Goku and vegeta did the kamehameha together in a video game called "dbz shin budokai another road"... But I think that game is forgotten
That's the only dragon ball game that I played that I could remember, it was by pure luck that the psp that I got as a kid has dbz shin budokai another road already installed in it. I really liked its take on combat.

WOW!! This was SO well put together, 1 detail u missed tho: Wen Goku transforms his Super Saiyan 3 music(When he 1st transforms against Buu) plays for a very brief moment, also for the 1st time he transforms here in this movie/shorts... other than that i think u nailed EVERY easter egg and also made me appreciate this MASTERPIECE so so sooooo much more than i already did previously 😀So, THANK YOU!!!
No one noticed but the guy sitting in the beginning clapping his hands is actually a reference to Avatar The Last Airbender. It's a scene where while Iroh was in prison and getting in shape, the guard checked on him just to see him pretending to be a delusional old man sitting and clapping like he lost his mind
Pretty sure the reference to who you thought was Kaiser Neko is meant to be Chris Sabat the voice of Vegeta and the one originally responsible for Funimation dubbing DBZ
you missed the most important and less evident detail: Vegeta was fighting in SSJ2 all this time. Check the lightning bolt on his initial transformation ;-)
DBZ Broly : What is a king to a god?? Years Later (Legend) Today a god falls.... Guess Vegeta finally countered it with a better line Also when he was beating Broly on the stage Looked like a reference to the beating he gave to Goku black The emotional struggle he underwent while creating his energy blade reminds me of how Goku Black created the scythe I don't know If you noticed but the scouter momentarily stopped reading when it reached 9001 (Vegeta, what does the scouter say about his power level? It's over 9000)
There is a lot of Kill La Kill/Gurren Lagann style to this animation, from the fights and transformations to Broly's defeat. Very cinematic and enjoyable to watch. I honestly think my favorite part though is how much weight each blow has. We only had like two flurry clashes, the rest of the fight we could clearly see each hit and they felt like actual hits
Also, the fire transformation Goku had really reminded me of Ghost Rider, maybe. It might also be a Son WuKong reference but it definitely reminded me of Ghost Rider; or Scorpion from Kodiak Mortal Kombat where the flames consumed his face and remained characterized on his hair.
The delayed punch really reminded me of that same thing that happens in G.O.H where the ground below the one punching breaks before the payoff, the main character also being sun wukong
I've never been able to finish the series, but if they made it with the variation of goku learning to control his out of control power over time like in legends rather than his plot armor story line, I'd totally watch the entirety
@@nikeonnk honestly, I couldnt tell you regarding the series because after I lost interest it was just random episodes jumbled around on random occasions. I know I watched him walk on a road for multiple episodes. I know I watched him charge a ball for multiple episodes. I know I watched him realize a cat God could obliterate his universe or some shit like that. It's just dumb dude. Oh? New bad guy that's stronger than all the rest? Oh, goku somehow gets stronger even though he just trains and doesn't have anything special or different than his other training and somehow defeats that opponent after getting his ass handed to him and me having to watch at least 5 filler episodes during it? Wow. Great anime. 10/10 with sarcasm
@@nikeonnk the variation where he has a power that's out of control and learns to harness it over time that's in this fan episode is a lot more understandable than his plot armor power leveling
If I remember correctly, introduction with Vegeta and the cape is a reference from Yugioh from when Atem/Yami goes through the door to go back with his people in ancient Egypt. I might have the wrong scene but I believe it’s that scene in the Ceremonial Duel
is anyone gonna mention the homestuck reference in this? no..? i just thought it was cool seeing it. 0:42 also, i love how this type of reference, and easter eggs video is formatted. its not often to laugh at those types of videos but its very well thought out and put together. well done!
One thing that not many people actually saw was in the moment Goku was transforming, in the sky, there was a Japanese kanji forming with the thunders, it was the kanji for heaven
I like Broly having the huge scar on his chest is a shout out to how he died in the OG movie, but still has a double meaning HERE since thats also where Goku's "burn" mark happens when he goes supersaiyan (with Vegeta being conveniently covered so we dont see his).
Glad I wasn't the only one who was reminded of Kill la Kill during those introduction sequences. This project came out of nowhere for me and it is simply amazing.
References people have missed: Goku's outfit is from Evolution When Broly and Goku start fighting, it reenacts the beginning sequence of Burst Limit battles. When Goku is transforming. The lighting of the lightening gives the clouds a "heaven" symbol.
You forgot that the power up stance that Vegeta took before fighting Broly was very reminiscent of the pose that Might Guy took before taking on Madara when he unlocked the 8th gate of hell
I love the way base broly looks Also 4:35 i trought you just make this because of the way her bo obs move but now i noticed that she grow her muscle like some characters in DBZ.
I think when Vegeta gets his ribs broken, it's a reference to MK X-ray attacks but I could be wrong. Also, the reason why Vegeta can do Kamehameha is because I think in the Son Wukong story, they can learn from each by putting their arms together like in the animations.
So manny people may not have relized but the Ki sword vegeta uses is more of a reffrence to goku black because he had a ki sword of his own and later on a ki scythe so thats a fun reffrence in his dragon ball super movie
You missed a couple, like the scouter saying Broly had 9001 power for the obvious "ITS OVER 9000" moment during the Saiyan arc, and the gut punch Broly uses to crush Vegetas ribs is probably a reference to Vegeta stopping a similar attack from Granolah ane then going Ultra ego.
Its over 9000! was the missed easter egg reference one from when vegeta asked nappa goku's power level...even though there was no voice saying it...the counter stopping and stuttering at 9000 gives proof of the awareness of that moment
The monkey king's lore states that the monkey king has the ability to share knowledge with others. Thats why Vegeta was able to use the kamehameha wave. The fire from Goku mouth went to Vegeta indicates that.

First, can I give you all the respect for taking the time to do this?! I didn't even notice half the stuff lol. But man can we just sit back and enjoy that some fans took the time to do this and how amazing it is. Man, things like this give me hope for humanity
The shoutout to Kaiser Neko at 0:33 could also be a reference to Christopher Sabet with the character in the beret btw, which I find more likely.
Also, Saitama on the right at 3:02 in the stands.
3:26 I didn't even realize this until now but
Broly was smiling the ENTIRE time Vegeta was beating him down until 4:01
The one that you pointed to as the creator is actually the main character of a web comic he made the guy with the birds on his head is supposed to be the creator.
Here are a few easter eggs for you that are actually reading the pinned comment, good job. Totally not because I had these notes and forgot to put them in the video.
- Goku's Gi reads "Food", Implying that in this universe, he was never taught by Master Roshi, which makes sense since Vegeta ALSO knows the Kamehameha.
- This is also further backed up by how Yamcha's Gi reads "Wolf" instead of "Turtle", which matches his Wolf Fang Style and again that Master Roshi isn't in this "universe"
- Also Saitama Appears at 3:00, on the right side of the screen
- Bulma's Jacket is from Episode 4 of Dragon Ball it's a recolor!
- Also Forgot, when Goku transforms the sky reads 天 which means sky, or another word for "Heavens"
- And in the fight sequence when Vegeta's beating on Broly, and the background goes red, its similar to the DBZ opening, SPARKING! When the Saiyan pods land on earth, the background explodes into red.
Also many have pointed out that it's Chris Sabat at the start, not Kaiser. It does seem more like Chris than Kaiser but I'm not reuploading it so keep leaving the comments though i could use them xoxo
can you pin your comment as it's not at the top and people will miss this like I almost did
The dragon in the Kamehameha may also be a reference to the Super Dragon Fist as seen in Wrath of the Dragon and GT
Amazing details you caught in this!! There’s one I thought might be one, correct me if I’m wrong, but Broly’s energy emanating from his chest here could be a reference to when he received that same scar with energy exploding out from when Goku punches him in the first movie.
Yoo Saitama is actually there
I dont know about goku not being taught by Roshi. The Kamehameha is Roshi's original technique, and Vegeta also knows it. What i believed of the short, from the little they showed, is that in this reality:
- The sayians defeated Frieza.
There is a precursor to the Final Flash, Vegeta's Final Crash, a move he used on Namek during DBZ
- Sun Wukong transformation is a beautiful reference, and it could totally fit with how untrained sayians look when achieving SS for the first time or until they train themselves enough so the form doesn't take a toll on them.
A few more:
- The "Ashes to the Wind" line might also be in referece to the Final Atonement where Vegeta (in Dub) says "I'm going to crush you and throw you into the wind."
- The Ki Sword Vegeta used might be in reference to Vegito's spirit sword, which might be there to indicate further that in this timeline, Goku and Vegeta have known each other for some time.
It might also explain Broly's scar on his chest, although maybe King Vegeta just tried harder with the knife in this timeline lol
- The Lightning Dragon that formed during the double Kamehameha might be a reference to Goku's Dragon Fist attack which usually shows a Golden Shenron blasting forward and either consuming or ripping through the target. This one may have been purple as a reference to Vegeta's Ki when he was evil.
I love how the clip of Krillin saying "Well his life's over" is added right after Broly breaks Chi Chi's arm, because it's accurate of what happens next lol
Saitama gets no notice, literally is a hero no one knows.
Wait was the reference in the video where it said "You got a problem against bald guys?"
Edit: Oh! Nevermind I found him! He's sitting right by Yamcha!
Literally comment this on every Easter egg vid about this! Finally not the only one!
He also missed Chris sabat somehow
The parting of the clouds at 4:44 also looks like the kanji for heaven (天), which makes sense because Goku in "Sun Wukong Form" is the Saviour From Heaven. Wish more ppl caught that.
I actually really like the idea of Goku having a Sun Wukong transformation, he was made after Sun Wukong after all. And this film had so much details, it’s definitely very good
4:45 everyone seems to not notice that the image in the sky is the symbol on akumas back
this edges VERY CLOSE to being a ytp and i love it
everyone misses that Goku holding the chicken leg could be a reference to the KFC commercial.
2:56
Space Maria is a notable easter egg here.
She's a neat little character concept that was fun to see pop-up.
I cant stress enough how much it was bothering me on who that character was and nobody (least in the top comments) were pointing out who she was. I knew she looked familiar, thanks a lot
the Goku-Vegeta Kamehameha could possibly be a reference to Shin Budokai, where Vegeta joined Goku with a Kamehameha to kill Janemba.
Vegeta creating a Ki Sword may very well be a reference to Chris Sabat also voicing Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho.
Okay here's an easter egg that went unnoticed, that's attached to one that was found:
The Kamehameha that Goku and Vegeta has a hand right? Yeah? Well if you pay close attention the hand makes a fist right before the energy dragon mouth thing, effectively referencing the Dragon Fist, present in both GT and DBZ: Wrath of the Dragon
After watching the video, I have gained a whole new level of respect for stray dog. The amount of detail is godlike
I absolutely love the animation, but the thing I love the most is when krillin said “Well, his life’s over”.
At 3:00 you missed saitama in the side
Oh my god that' what i forgot to put in the video LMFAO
I had that in my notes and before rendering i was thinking something I forgot, but you're right there's Saitama!
Space Maria
Damn Saitama is there too 😨😨
@@mechajay3358 yeeee that's the one!
2:59 if anyone hasn't noticed, Saitama is sitting right next to Yamcha
Oh my
So cool that in this version, Chichi was strong enough to defeat Piccolo in semifinals
the sword vegeta makes I think is a nod to kuwabara and the spirit sword from yu yu hakusho… because chris sabat voices both vegeta and him
It would also make more sense as to why Vegito has the Spirit Sword attack when in the canon Goku and Vegeta never used any sort of sword attacks
@@NeroMystyra I was thinking it was a nod to Vegito’s spirit sword.
I was hoping to find this video when I watched the original animation. I knew there were secrets but didn’t know what they were. Super happy that it blew up
This stirs the heart. Every second of it. Thank you. Thank you so much for this work of magic ♡
Fan of the original ever since I played the old Dragonball game on Famicom in early 80s Philippines 🇵🇭. Thats how it got started for brother, cousins, friends, and I.
I like how they referenced other shows as well, like Saitama is just off to the right when bulma catches vagetas cape garb thing, and my favorite part about that is he could've helped but just decided not to.
Took me a while to notice Brolys scar is the knife wound from Vegetas dad.
ACTUALLY
That makes so much sense LOL, getting stabbed as a kid the scar would "Grow" that big with him
@@Schpasmwastaken I noticed it cause in the movie he never had one until that punch by Goku.
2:58 Heha saitama chillin next to yamcha.
While he was getting blasted away, Broly's face reminded me of Ragyo and the Anti-Spiral.
Surprised you didn't get the Easter Egg of the Energy Sword used by Vegito.
Chi Chi's Muscle Flex: Shades of Master Roshi.
forgot about the stage they are fighting in, the platform is exactly like the one Cell used for his Cell game
was gonna say it was just the tenkaichi budokai stage but those corner spikes convjnced me
The duel kamehameha sequence reminds me of that scene in the MHA movie when bakugo and deku power up together against nine
Was looking for this comment.
@@PgLangGang Y? u also notice it? 🙂
@@spudmatix8770 Yeah, I was about to comment on it but I was sure someone else probably beat me to it. And you did😂
@@PgLangGang lol funny thing is i did the same thing, but i didnt come across anyone else who caught on to it 🙂
@@spudmatix8770 The music for Super Saiyan 3 appers in the final credits of the original video.
4:24 when Vegeta cuts off Broly's arm he swings the sword almost identically to how Yajirobe did when he cut off his tail
No one noticed but the guy sitting in the beginning clapping his hands is actually a reference to Avatar The Last Airbender. It's a scene where while Iroh was in prison and getting in shape, the guard checked on him just to see him pretending to be a delusional old man sitting and clapping like he lost his mind
he also appears to be a homestuck troll lmao, grey skin and yellow horns >:3
Pretty sure the reference to who you thought was Kaiser Neko is meant to be Chris Sabat the voice of Vegeta and the one originally responsible for Funimation dubbing DBZ
you missed the most important and less evident detail: Vegeta was fighting in SSJ2 all this time. Check the lightning bolt on his initial transformation ;-)
Not sure about that since a Normal Super Saiyan CAN sometimes have the lightning but not too many like SSJ2
You seem to have missed Saitama being in the crowd as well. He's right next to DBZ Yamcha
DBZ
Broly : What is a king to a god??
Years Later (Legend)
Today a god falls....
Guess Vegeta finally countered it with a better line
Also when he was beating Broly on the stage
Looked like a reference to the beating he gave to Goku black
The emotional struggle he underwent while creating his energy blade reminds me of how Goku Black created the scythe
I don't know If you noticed but the scouter momentarily stopped reading when it reached 9001
(Vegeta, what does the scouter say about his power level?
It's over 9000)
There is a lot of Kill La Kill/Gurren Lagann style to this animation, from the fights and transformations to Broly's defeat. Very cinematic and enjoyable to watch.
I honestly think my favorite part though is how much weight each blow has. We only had like two flurry clashes, the rest of the fight we could clearly see each hit and they felt like actual hits
Also, the fire transformation Goku had really reminded me of Ghost Rider, maybe.
It might also be a Son WuKong reference but it definitely reminded me of Ghost Rider; or Scorpion from Kodiak
Mortal Kombat where the flames consumed his face and remained characterized on his hair.
Bro what
Except that goku has trained and still train his entire life to get his power.
Where have you stopped ?
@@merlin2010 you're factually just wrong
0:25 “Hey, you know what?”
“Fuck you.”
You’re an absolute chad for including this dialogue.
I love hey they made a akuma cameo just like in street fighter animated series
If I remember correctly, introduction with Vegeta and the cape is a reference from Yugioh from when Atem/Yami goes through the door to go back with his people in ancient Egypt. I might have the wrong scene but I believe it’s that scene in the Ceremonial Duel
I'm in love with the animation, and all the small details they put into this. Masterpiece really
The thing I like the most about the short, is that super sayan isn't a generic transformation, everyone gets their own version.
Thank you for increasing my understanding of this video
I still can't get over how alive these punches were, FUCK THIS IS SO GREAT.
is anyone gonna mention the homestuck reference in this? no..? i just thought it was cool seeing it. 0:42
also, i love how this type of reference, and easter eggs video is formatted. its not often to laugh at those types of videos but its very well thought out and put together. well done!
I think Vegeta turning his super saiyan energy into a sword is a reference to the spirit sword technique Vegito uses
One thing that not many people actually saw was in the moment Goku was transforming, in the sky, there was a Japanese kanji forming with the thunders, it was the kanji for heaven
4:00 is a reference too , Amazing Impact in dokkan
I like Broly having the huge scar on his chest is a shout out to how he died in the OG movie, but still has a double meaning HERE since thats also where Goku's "burn" mark happens when he goes supersaiyan (with Vegeta being conveniently covered so we dont see his).
Glad I wasn't the only one who was reminded of Kill la Kill during those introduction sequences. This project came out of nowhere for me and it is simply amazing.
I don't know what it might be but I think the final punch at 3:33 might be a reference to something too, it looks familiar
References people have missed:
Goku's outfit is from Evolution
When Broly and Goku start fighting, it reenacts the beginning sequence of Burst Limit battles.
When Goku is transforming. The lighting of the lightening gives the clouds a "heaven" symbol.
0:42
I love how no one has pointed Out the Homestuck Troll in front of Akira
One thing I never caught until watching it the second time, was the clouds in 4:46 read “death” in kanji, very fitting for Broly’s demise
You forgot that the power up stance that Vegeta took before fighting Broly was very reminiscent of the pose that Might Guy took before taking on Madara when he unlocked the 8th gate of hell
I love the way base broly looks
Also 4:35 i trought you just make this because of the way her bo obs move but now i noticed that she grow her muscle like some characters in DBZ.
the details of easter eggs is just freakin' bloody amazing
I love how when Vegeta says "Saiyan legend hear me!" (3:06) it sounds like an angry Goku.
Man all the references I missed out on I'm glad I saw this 😁👍
Tysm for uploading
I think when Vegeta gets his ribs broken, it's a reference to MK X-ray attacks but I could be wrong. Also, the reason why Vegeta can do Kamehameha is because I think in the Son Wukong story, they can learn from each by putting their arms together like in the animations.
At 0:33 someone else had suggested that it was Christopher Sabat, the voice actor for Vegeta/Piccolo
Even Lawrence Simpson (MasakoX) shares this sentiment!
The sequence for goku transforming remminds me of ghost rider i love that he just spits fire an it makes him transform
It’s a masterpiece
Great video and incredible Editing
So manny people may not have relized but the Ki sword vegeta uses is more of a reffrence to goku black because he had a ki sword of his own and later on a ki scythe so thats a fun reffrence in his dragon ball super movie
Don’t know if anyone noticed the Japanese symbol in the sky while goku was transforming at 4:45
You missed a couple, like the scouter saying Broly had 9001 power for the obvious "ITS OVER 9000" moment during the Saiyan arc, and the gut punch Broly uses to crush Vegetas ribs is probably a reference to Vegeta stopping a similar attack from Granolah ane then going Ultra ego.
i love this style of animation
EPIC..
Its over 9000! was the missed easter egg reference one from when vegeta asked nappa goku's power level...even though there was no voice saying it...the counter stopping and stuttering at 9000 gives proof of the awareness of that moment
