I'm deeply enjoying binge watching your videos. Thank you so much for all the work you have put into RUclips! My favorite bits might be the kitty shenanigans though. Way too cute!
Thank you so much for the tip about drafting upwards instead of pulling down on the yarn - that one tip alone has evened out my singles and they are much finer now, too.
Throwing the mousie - your expression is classic. :) It is sorrowful indeed, what happened to Jaycee's family. Keeping those touched by it in my prayers.
Your swatch is so cool looking! I had no idea about energized yarn. You are very knowledgeable. Blessing to the whole family you mentioned at the end of your video. They are in my thoughts & prayers.
That would make an interesting scarf, especially with a varigated top. I would try weaving with it too. Dexter has you very well trained as a mousie thrower! Thanks for the heads up on Jacey...I had heard nothing.
Absolutely - I don’t really weave but it would be really interesting to work with. And yes, Dexter has me wrapped around his little claw! 😹 Although he disgraced himself a bit yesterday by dropping his mousey in the cup of tea I was still drinking! 🙈
@@TinyFibreStudio He was just adding a bit of flavor...cats think we humans are a bit drab, but we do alright in the servant role. I had an occicat female who kept shoving skeins of yarn into bed with me until I finally relented and knit her a kitty afghan. Oddly enough, she managed to find colors that suited her perfectly. We'd be in very deep trouble if they had opposable thumbs!
That looks really fun! I like the idea of knitting a scarf/shawl out if that. Do you think your style of knitting would make a difference (I’m a continental knitter like you)? Thanks for all the work you put into this series, I mostly listen to audio podcasts but I’ve watched every video of your 51 yarns challenge :)
Thank you for making this series of videos, I'm looking forward to trying some of the techniques out. I'm very much a visual learner, so it helps to see them being done. I'm sorry to hear the news about Jacey's Mum.

Thank you Suzi, glad you enjoyed the episode aside from the horrible news. I’m sure your thoughts and prayers are much appreciated.

That's not a cat; it's a retriever!
