hello all! a Wild fan here. just wanted to say I love all the jerseys and appreciate how they stay consistent. They can't seem to make it to the Cup yet, but at least they will look good trying.

Their jerseys have been solidly improved over the years, for sure.
That logo is so underrated! The river as the mouth, the star as the eye and the moon as the ear and then all the trees. It should be too cluttered, but it works.
Love the star. The North Star for the North Star State.
Minnesota lost the North Stars due to 3 reasons: Norm Green (owner), Norm Green's wife, and Kari Dziedzic (former North Star executive, daughter of a Minneapolis councilman, and current MN Democrat politician). Green allegedly sexually harassed Dziedzic while she was a North Stars employee. Dziedzic filed a lawsuit and Green's wife said she would divorce Green if he did not move the team out of Minnesota because she was tired of the media attention. Green is still one of the most hated people in Minnesota. He claims there was no fan support and he couldn't secure a new arena, but that's bullshit.
Love the use of cream/off-white in place of white. Would love to see a team make their away jersey cream
The forest green and cream with the words “Minnesota” (the nino jersey) is my favorite!
This guy is my effing hero. Although will all those cats, I am sure there are a lot with snags. Those things are the bane of hockey sweaters.

That thunderstorm decided to wake me up down here in Washington. The Minnesota jerseys are definitely nice.
I was there when Wild were born, going to college. My roommate was a Minnesotan. We loved watching Manny Fernandez and Dwayne Roloson, and those grinders of the early Wild years and Gaborik the one skilled guy. Brunette was always a fave; he should come out of retirement just to play one game for VGK and Kraken.
The logo looks like Bob Ross painted it.

The Wild logo suppose to be a bear, wolf, badger, eagle all in one? I like the North Star in there too. That initial "What is a Wild?" logo I like, they should use it again.

I really think that, for the WC, they should use the North Stars colors with the wordmark logo, or some variant of that. I think it would be a good way to honor the former team in the city while keeping with the current team name.

For the longest time I thought the logo was a tornado instead of a bear, and I didn't like it since it made no sense (duh!)... but once I saw it bigger I fell in love with it, and can't really figure out how I couldn't see the bear

MINNESOTA (rangers style)? I vaguely remember them wearing this in a Ducks SCP game but the closest i can find is an All star jersey that says WESTERN instead.
The Red Jersey was such a good third.
I have the original 3rd with the KOHO label still with tags. One day I'll do something with it.

I wanted the world to see how crazy Minnesota is for hockey, I know those wild fans are really loud during the playoffs, sucks there is no fans. This is coming from a leafs fan
I wish they would’ve made their stadium series jersey their main home jersey and their current homes be their stadium series back in 2016 (minus the gigantic #s)
I like how that shoulder patch logo at the start says “NHL Hockey” on the bottom, just in case you forget they’re an NHL level team after expansion

Fun fact. The logo outline is a direct copy of the Spring Lake Park highschool logo. The wild added the trees, the stream and the star to tell the story of Minnesota. There is a whole story that goes with the logo but I have forgotten over the years. My cousin played hockey for spring lake park during the time the wild chose their logo and was apart of the ceremony.

Took a while to accept the name of Minnesota Wild. Mostly their jerseys are good and haven't had a need to change them.
As a bitter north stars fan I absolutely hated the logo and team name. Thought they were a total joke. I’ve since changed that opinion. Remember they were almost named the northern lights...

I still hate the name, colors, and logo but it has nothing to do with the North Stars.
The finalists were (Blue Ox, Freeze, Northern Lights, Voyageurs, White Bears, & Wild)
MN is the land of 10,000 lakes but why bother with anything related to that. I would've preferred........

Don't get why they didn't bring back the North Stars name. That was a good name with a good jersey.
Because the North Stars moved to Dallas and shortened the name to Stars. The NHL owns the rights to the name "North Stars" it wasn't up to the Wild at all.

The hockey club in Minnesota should be named the North Stars.
they are different franchise so I don't see necessity them to be called north stars, plus we wouldn't have a chance to see that amazing logo they have right now. yes I know when atlanta trashers moved to winnipeg, team decided to honor old winnipeg jets and choose same name for their new team, Minnesota Wild should be WILD
@@turarosicky it's more to the point that the North Stars should have never been moved to Dallas in the first place as Shannon mentioned near the end of the video. I have no issue with the Wild nor their logos.

The NHL owns the rights to the name "North Stars" and the Wild are a completelu different organization.
Would be great if the Wild could go on a deep playoff run this year for the people of the Minneapolis/St Paul Metro Area. Definitely needed right now.

As a previous wild fan and season ticket holder all of these changes in 20 years piss me off as they are nothing more than a greedy cash grab. There have been 3 changes in the past 10 years.
You don't have to buy every single jersey that comes out. I have only one jersey, a Gaborik away jersey I got in mint condition and in my size at a thrift store for $20, and it works for me.
I mean, one of those changes was because the NHL switched from reebok to adidas
Stop buying season tickets. Do fans not realize if they constantly flock to the Xcel Centre and continuously sell it out Leipold has ZERO reason to change the roster and field a team that can actually compete?
