Lake Oroville spillway late May 2023

Lake Oroville in CA is full and water is spilling down the gate controlled spillway at about 9,000 cubic feet per second (cfs). The water is split below the dam into the channel of the Feather River and large diversions into the canals of the California water project for human and agriculture use.

Nice to see the lakes full again! Shasta Lake was completely full when I drove past a few weeks ago.
