Hi.
If you add fresh paneer: it will be soft
Incase you fry the paneer: it will be light brown in colour and bit hard
We can add other vegetables along with paneer

I tried the Recipe today it was good but why did I get a small bitter taste
Becoz of tomatos u can add less tomatos or 1 tbs sugar into the paste
How to make paneer soft after cooking. Sometimes it remains hard at the end of Cooking
You should cook paneer only for 5-7 min. You shouldn't overcook paneer
never cook paneer so long it becomes hard rubber like !!
