What I see is a lot of value. The front and rear bumpers and the winches. The axles and the transfer case, wheels as you said. When the motor is out I'd strip it down to see how bad it is. Are there a a lot of 360ci around? The exhaust and the suspension parts as well. If the parts fit other Chrysler 4x4's the parts go up in value. For $800 it was a heck of a bargain. The carcass goes to the scrapper for a return on the investment.
I'm a mopar guy and I made a comment on idk which channel I was watching but my comment was about in the 80s seeing a dodge burning on the side of the highway wasn't uncommon. They had or have a problem with the wiring in the older vehicles. Well someone replied and was furious that I said mopar has issues with the wiring catching fire. Totally called me a liar and everything lol! The funny part is if you know anything about mopar then you know it's not a secret. Case in point here.
If I was you I would hold on to that parts truck and not scrap it there are a hell of a lot of good parts on that thing I.e fenders, quarter panels, wheel wells, the floor of the parts truck looks to be in excellent condition from the way the video looks. As you said the frame and other components are being saved and also the trans is good to have as a spare to your truck and the engine could be saved and you could slowly build it and put it into your truck ( I would definitely watch a build series on that). With the way the world is today Austin I would not scrap anything on that truck other then the small scrap pile you have from cleaning it out. This is just my opinion your free to do what you want but you should definitely consider this. As always great content keep up the good work bro. 👍🏻
I completely agree I own an 85 ramcharger and when I see ramchargers D/W Series trucks regardless of condition and they are cheap I buy them up and strip off everything, everything is useful
You did well Austin. The little wins add up. Nobody scores big all the time NOBODY.
You did good Austin. Lot of value in that truck.
Hello Austin Carr. Looks like you've got some good things to put on your Ram Charger. The winches are a great addition to your Ram Charger.

Those spline lugs usually come right off using a 12 point socket usually a 3/4 or 19mm etc socket

Austin detailing a car, step 1: grab a shovel 😁😁
I was going to bid on that truck I wanted the bumpers lol!
I think you did great, the salvage parts/scrap will be more than enough to cover buy. Call me sometime, I found another Ramcharger
Hi Austin….I think this thing took a detour to your house on its way to the crusher! I hope scrap prices are high!
Slowly you are getting your RamCharger the way you want it. Keep on plugging away.
Ever consider putting floor jacks under front of truck to raise her up over wheel wells on trailer?
You can get a thing to take lug nuts off at discount tire
Ram van can talk for about it came out cars and we can talk about.
Yo dude please 🙏 wear a mask
