  • The DIY Rock Tumbler is getting a makeover... and a few safety improvements 😅 A few weeks back I posted a video showing you how I built my DIY Rock Tumbler and while it worked well it just took up too much room in my shed! I also had some great feedback in the comments about how to make the electrical side of things safer.
Stay tuned, the tumbler is back in action and I have plenty of projects tumbling away 😁

Love a good rock tumbling episode. It's a brilliant addition to your content repertoire. My only thought on design is that I like that you've decided to keep everything electrical above where any liquid could ever spill.

Ah that’s a valid point! I didn’t even think about that with the other design I had in mind.. that could have ended badly 😅

A great DIY project with the typical test and evolve process. I think you've done pretty well streamlining it, definitely making it safer, and fine tuning as you go. Keen to see some DIY barrel options trialed at some stage again.

Yeh some people have given some good feedback about the DIY barrels so I think I’m going to revisit it soon 😁
