they need to hire you as an advisor girl!
Thank you!!!
This would be amazing.
Right? I hope the option is available soon!
That's great! I'm hoping it'll workout for all. Have an incredible day! Cheers.
Great job raising awareness and asking questions!
Thank you!
Oh my gosh! I have had the same experience with flying! I flew to SoCal … left VA with a full charge/hand controls wrapped in bubble wrap. At arrival the battery was almost dead and the controls were damaged. They didn’t do a thing to rectify it 😢. I didn’t know it was common. So atm I’m “legless” 😢
I hope your wheelchair is fixed soon!
With how many years old you was for wheelchair?
How many years old you have of age ?
How do you do transfer??
Which transfer are you referring to?
And what about a wheelchair accessible toilet on an aeroplane?
Hopefully they will start installing those too!
@@natalielomske Yes. Tremendously important …
Yes! Great question. Just being able to have a power chair fit in a seat slot would not fulfill my dreams of traveling again in an airplane. Would the seat slot be near a toilet? Would the toilet accommodate a portable, folding walker? I cannot begin to imagine an ADA-compliant toilet facility on a plane. This precludes the possibility of travel abroad (9 hours to Tokyo to visit my son). Please keep investigating and letting viewers know what you find out. So appreciate your efforts!
@@bethduffey247 I will definitely keep you all updated!
@@bethduffey247 Indeed... and for many people a walker isn't sufficient enough.... they can't use their legs or lost their legs ...
