Yeah that washer is alot more powerful then the one i got . That's great. When i use mone i keep two buckets one each aide of the car and drop hose in other that way ya dont have to carry it around. Makes it easier.. awesome video
@@topvideoslist Most of these portable don't go over 600 PSI - Some can do 800 - But with a battery powered washer these are amazing. You're paying for the portability and if you don't have access to a hose or reliable water source aka people who live in apartment complexes - This is a great compromise.
i live in the midwest and was thinking of starting a car detailing gig, only issue is when it gets cold out, we can't use the spigots as soon as i found this video, it pretty much solved my issue. cause i was trying to build some crazy rig with a 100 gallon water tank and a generator in the back of my car
Quick tip never use the mit on your wheels before finishing your body. Also one panel at a time so you know you got it all. Seems like a decent portable setup though.
I like this. Can you attach a 2 liter soda bottle to it instead of lugging around a heavy bucket of tap water? If so, fill the bottle with distilled water so you won't even have to manually dry the car and risk more marring! I know you'd have to go through a few bottles (could have 4 bottles filled and ready to change out like a gun clip)
The Ryobi 600 PSI electric pressure washer allows you to use a 2 liter bottle. Or a 32 ounce spray bottle, I haven’t tried it yet. But have done it water fed from a bucket.
I enjoyed the video a lot. Details and all information. I had questions about how much water to use and you answered that at the end. Not a drawn out video to me
A very well-made and detailed video. As I was watching it across my mind to think how privileged we all must be that we can take half an hour out of our day to watch a review of a product to clean the cars that we have. That most likely means that not only are we financially sound, but also our family members and the ones that we love. We are truly blessed by the one God. Praise be to Allah.
Honestly a great video. I just got one from temu 😂 $20. I tried it out real quick and seems good to me. I just needed a good tutorial video on how I should go about it. Thank you 🙏🏽
I was about to skip to the next video until I saw that foamer... it seems to work pretty decent. I imagine you can get thicker foam if the ratios were different yes?
I have a similar device but I've never thought about a different ratio. The pressure is weaker then a normal connected one so I'm not sure if it'll work. But I'll try it on my next wash.
@@broccolihart1 I'll try a different ratio next time I wash my car & see if it made any difference. Although I think I did try with standard dish soap before and it didn't made any noticeable difference (I bought a car shampoo since then)
Bad idea. Never use a wiper blade. If you miss any dirt at all, even the smallest of dirt and you use a wiper blade you will end up dragging that dirt across the paint and scratching it. I use a battery powered blower and blow dry my vehicles.
Save that water and go straight to soap. Pre rinse there is no significant difference but the amount of water use, only need 2 to 3oz to 32oz diluted in a cannon. Never cross doing wheels to your paint. And dont call a detail brush a tickle me brush! 😂 Your are honestly better off just doing rinsless wash with ONR save you all the hassle
Rinse less Mobile detailing would be cool. You would just have to convince your clients that the process WONT scratch your paint. ONR is very good at what it does. In many ways rinse less is safer than using regular soap, but if you need to rinse the debris off the paint then I could see this portable pressure washer coming in handy.
Man am i glad i can just pull up to my shop, pull out my press washer wand from the reel, flick a switch and wash my car in about 3m, lol. livin in the city sure does suck... in my opinion of course
@@16abind Makita is just a brand that makes cordless tools, drills, saws, and what not. I already have 13 18v, and 4 40v, so I’d like to use what I already have. I don't know. It's just false marketing. It has more psi than the other one I tried that was rated for 600. Dont expect much from it. It gets you by. That's it
Bought something very similar to this from amazon only a different brand. Seems to be the same overall to yours. And what's surprising to me is that all 'portable pressure washer' on amazon are Chinese brands. Really disappointing since I expected some more respectable American brands.
mine took a couple of (quick since it's hot out) washes. Like cleaning the car 2-3 times before it ran out in the middle (forgot to check it) and had to use my 2nd battery

I don’t like the drive through car washes because they scratch my paint. Not everyone has access to car washes as much as you think. You’re the fool for thinking everyone shares the same privileges as you
YES - Removing the front retainer is the tricky part as there is NO information in the little instruction pamphlet. Thanks for demonstrating that.
Always start from the roof of the car 23:20 with the mitt ..tht way your not carrying gritty water from the bottom of doors etc

Are you still trying your detailing gig? I bought a Ryobi 600 psi electric pressure washer similar to what he uses, and use it as my pre rinse.
100 gallons in the back of a car. Now that is funny 😂😂😂😂

Talk about dragging a video out ,
jeez look this is water and theres a sundown and the tires are flat too....oh look i just advanced my car 😳
Quick tip , use a mit in each hand , far easier and quicker 👍
Jeez, I actually have two mits as well - how have I never thought of this...

Did valeting for 15 years , two mitts are a game changer 👍🙉
It's good to use if you have no access to a hose or it's winter time and your hose is closed off. It's not the most effective but it does the job.
Can you do a pressure test with an manometer ?.
Got to say I have full setup but this is amazing wth its cheap way but its a start it works
Well done boss. Solute from Canada 🇨🇦. Keep it up
Saves water... a lot of water.
I don't know about washing the wheels with the same mitt and then putting it on the car. Definitely going to put scratches on swirls into the paint
I agree. I realize when this video was done I did multiple things wrong. I am way better now that I know proper ways
Is it good .
If you didn’t break that within an hour I’d be amazed.
Did I see sparks from a brushed motor when you started it up?
Another example of Amazon over packaging
